It is time to plan our overdue, first official meet! At the Livermore meet on Saturday some of us expressed interest in a ladies night and making a female owner's decal. I have suggested a couple dates. Please take the poll on the ideal date and I would love feedback on location. I am super stoaked and can't wait to meet ya'll, hopefully most of us can make one of these date, otherwise we can plan a later one.

I don't really know much above Fremont and Cupertino so I wouldn't know places to suggest to make it more centralized for everyone. :iono:

ETA: I'm pretty flexible with these dates offered.

Have twin, will drive!:thumbup: First two dates work for me. In the wine country on the 19th. Just an fyi, April 20 is Easter. As for location, weather may dictate the type of space, outdoors or in, so perhaps a place that can accommodate both.

I won't be able to make it for March 21st and April 19th :/ lol.

I'm not very familiar with the San Jose/Milpitas area so I'm not sure where to suggest but I do know that on Satuday nights, Dave and Busters is pretty hard to get a table if you don't go early enough..

What about Santana Row area?

Santana Row can get just as or more busy as DnB. I live near the Fremont Auto Mall Parkway center, they also have tons of places to eat. Honestly, if we go early enough we should be able to get a spot and I can make reservations if we get a confirmed amount. Early bird gets the worm:thumbsup:

April 19th is good for me, can't make March 21st, work late on Fridays, and April 5th, I'll be at Buttonwillow supporting our first female driver with a FR-S at USTCC competition. =)

If not April 19th, I'll meet up with you girls on the next event!

I am not going to say that non ladies aren't allowed since we will be in a public area. BUT I would like a separate area for the ladies' cars at least so we can get group pic :)

Hope this doesn't change anyone's mind about going...

I would suggest that you make at least part of it females only, to get some females bonding time together. Then if you want to, join in or invite the larger group to meet somewhere else... just a thought.

oh common, most of the meet are like guys meet already... for southbay at lease, either me, sandy, or rachey would be there (most of the time never at the same time)... and when we don't show up, it is technically a guys only meet :bonk:

Let me put it this way, typically because we know we might have mixed company, we would choose to meet at a particular kind of place, to be open and inviting to all and not make anyone uncomfortable about going there. If we knew it was going to be all guys (or all girls) for a meet, we might choose to meet elsewhere. ;)

There are sports bars with TVs, right? ;)

First Official Females Owners Cub Meet will take place on:

Dave and Busters, Great Mall

First two hours will be females only please so we can bond :party0030:
We will be discussing decals, t-shirts and sponsorship/promos, so ladies please bring your ideas!

I can have my bf and his friend create/print shirts and decals if you don't already have a resource for this. Just need ideas on what to have for the design.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! I convinced my girl coworker to get a twin....... So now we have twins at work. So I might just force her to come too. Fun fun fun can't wait to meet you pretty ladies and your pretty twins!
