I know there are a few Canadians out there with a Monogram on order. Has anybody taken delivery yet? Mine should be here any day now....

And before an American comes in here saying "yeah I've had mine for 3 weeks"... This is the CANADA forum! :P

What's the price on that monogram man? My lease is due up soon not sure if I should keep this one or get a monogram...have yet to see any pricing details though.

MSRP for a manual is 29,095.

I doubt it - I just got an email today from Scion Canada telling me about it.

Wow -same price as BRZ Limited (at least for white) and you don't get:

-door puddle lights
-vanity lights
-stitched hand brake
-trunk hood lining
-fog lights

That said I prefer the new FRS spoiler over the Limited's and the headlights finally look really good.

Are there stitched knee pads on the doors and center console?

Interesting I thought it would have came with everything in the BRZ Limited + more.

But the '14 FR-S (and Monogram) get the padded/red stitched speaker and console knee covers. I've already put them on my '13 BRZ Limited, and they look so much better. I would have gladly not had the door puddle lights or vanity lights to get the knee pads stock. Oh well, now I have all of them :D

Yes those would be a nice add-in - Did you buy them from a Scion dealer? Install them yourself? Hopefully they will be added to the 2015 revision.... along with that +75 hp supercharger we are all waiting for...:bellyroll:

I bought them from another member on the board. Initially I was going to install them myself, but I had my dash replaced by Subaru and they installed them for free when doing that warranty work! Wasn't going to complain at all :)

Did you pick up your Monogram yet? Mine's set to arrive at the dealer this weekend :)

You must be excited! I've owned a few Prelude's in my day as well. Loved my 4th gen SR-V the most. Here are a few I owned:

Wow you've owned quite a few preludes, 3 generations! I loved the 91 model year 3rd gen and the 4th gen SR-V. Between you and me we had all 3 trims of the 4th gen. Since mine was refreshed it had the electroluminescent gauges in addition to the dash :) I could only find the SR in excellent condition when I bought mine, but hey it was still a great car! I credit it with being the reason I'm buying an FR-S in the first place.

The only issue I've had with my car (never had crickets, rough idle, rear deck popping, etc) was that the rubber dash part (dome thing) above my centre HVAC vents, started to lift up a bit. A few people on this forum had similar issues and it progressively got worse. So Subaru ended up replacing the dash. Not something I really wanted, but they did a fantastic job and I haven't had any weird rattles since. Or scratched parts from them doing the install, which I found impressive.

Yeah I loved them. I actually bought the 94 SR-V back in 2010 (sold my '08 Lexus IS to try and save some money for our first baby that was on it's way). I found this one with 150k bone stock, and no rust for $2k. I couldn't pass it up! I actually sold it when my wife's mat year was over for more than I paid :)

Picked mine up yesterday. Got about 250 km on it so far!

An AE86 drove past me and we locked eyes. Pretty epic moment.

I ordered a mannual black monogram one in early Jan, the ETA was March 10, then 12, then 14...

Here's a question about the Monogram series that I can't seem to get a straight answer on - do we get Navigation in Canada? I'm looking to see if anyone here can confirm once they've taken possession. Thanks!

^ No navigation (It's a 1000$ option), but you should be getting the Pioneer touch screen head unit

Monograms are closer to JDM but still not quite there yet. They still managed to "cheap out" on some of the things the BRZ Limited (Sport-Tech) has... Like mentioned above.

Do I regret buying the BRZ? Not really...

Would I have waited if I knew the Monogram series existed? Probably not...

Just enjoy what you have now because I can guarantee you that I would have gone crazy if I did not have my BRZ for as long as I have already... (almost 2 years)

Yea putting in that frameless mirror (it was a bitch don't remind me) and stitched knee pads (will probably get the dealer to do this down the road) are probably easier than wiring up vanity lights and puddle lights. I don't feel so bad having a BRZ Limited anymore lol!

I wanted the NAV, but the dealer gave me no opt when I did the early order.

It's about $1,000 more as an option in Canada for nav. Touch screen standard, without nav.

Congratulations! My car arrived yesterday and I take delivery on Monday!

Ordered mine in early feb. and my dealership kept wasting my time and ignoring me. Finally got a call from another dealership saying they got one in the colour and transmission I wanted so cancelled my order and bought through them. Should be ready for pick up this coming week!! :)

I wish I could help out. There must be some available somewhere. I ended up getting the last unit available to British Columbia.
