I know that I've already met at least two here on the forum. Maybe we can start a small chapter out here.

We'd welcome you to come hang with the East Bay group ... not so far away and we've got meets all the time! :D

Thurs meet in Castro Valley. Sat meet in Livermore. And next Fri meet in Dublin...

I know there are quite a few in nearby Stockton, perhaps you can combine forces :D

Yep, quite a few of us in Stockton. Though only @Zen86 @Hmongfrs and myself are really active on the boards and meets. We could easily get a meet giong between the two towns. Or if willing to travel a bit get a Modesto meet with the Fresno/Central valley group even.

If you do set up a meet tag @PMok to get it added to the 86Drive calender

Wow that's cool. I'm trying to be active. I have no problem turning this from a Tracy thing to a Valley one. I think @merinofrs is in Modesto. As @BigFatFlip said we can combine forces. We can meet up in Tracy and head all together to the meetups in the east and south bay and vice versa for Modesto and Fresno.

It reminds me of the old tuner scene in the 90's when we'd roll 20 deep starting in Hayward and work our way through Vallejo meeting more friends. We'd have a huge caravan heading to Sacramento for the 1/4 mile events there. Ahh, those were the days. Yes boys, I'm showing my age, lol.

Where is the meets in the 20916 area... gonna be out there next month. Although i hardly saw any guys when i was out there last time...

My best friend lives in Tracy and I see her almost every weekend. Does that count?

I regularly attend east bay meets, especially the monthy Dublin meet. I make the weekly one 1-2 times a month as well. I'll pm you later with my number so we can roll through. Prob not making it this week, but assuming the east bay meet is wed or thursday next week and not hella far south i plan on going.

There is a sac monthly meet thread. They are meeting next week. No date for apr yet so just keep an eye on it or the 86drive calendar.

I'm going to do a roll call at the beginning of this thread that will list member and location so we can get an idea on how large our little group can get.

I'm in mountain house/tracy area I use to Host the Wednesday night meets idunno if you ever saw my old car It was a Veilside rx8 galaxy gray with a purple clear coat

I'm in Modesto 2x a week.. Free Thursdays and the weekends.

Where did you host the Wednesday night meets?

With all the local guys on this thread, are there any decent shops out here that can work on our cars? I'm looking for people that can do a good job installing suspension, exhaust, headers, etc. I'd love to do it myself but I don't have access to tools or a good place to work anymore. :sigh: Thanks!

None that I am aware of. I only know Autosport in Stockton but dont really go there for a couple reasons. Better luck going over the altamont into the east bay probably.

@Golferguy667 is also from stockton edit: Lodi (haha) .

I also wouldn't recommend Autosport in Stockton due to past experiences.

Let me ask my uncle! He's got a smog shop in Modesto, but does some other stuff as well on his lift.

Haha yup! I'm always down to meet up but my days off are Monday Tuesday.

Hosted them at sonics the meets still go on every Wednesday we can make it a spot. Cool people cool vibe and you get to enjoy sonics !

Yeah, thanks! I know a lot of shops are out in the East Bay. It's just dealing with traffic going that direction.

What time? Wednesdays are perfect for me as it's one of the few days I'm free during the week. Is there one going on tonight?

Yeah every Wednesday at 9pm I'll be there usually crackin til 11-12 and usually people afterwards go street race or go have a sideshow else where but I usually go home to my fiancé and play forza lol
