WTT: Buddy Club Tails for Clear Toms
 

Re-opened to gauge interest.

I have a set of Buddy Clubs that I'm using that I want to trade for a set of Clear Toms. Mine are lightly used and I've had them on since end of March. No dings, scratches or any blemishes. Pics to come.

Kind of unrelated, but I have BC tails too and they have condensation. I want to get the replacements but I'm wondering how long it took after you sent them back for the replacements to get to your door?

I'd say about 3-4 weeks is the total turnaround time. Takes about 1 week of communication (vendor took a really long time to respond and give me BC's actual contact info), 1 week to get your lights to BC and another 2 weeks for them to send a replacement.

Not bad if you still have your stock lights... if not :iono:

I'll let them go if I can snatch BNIB clear tom's without a loss... I got nailed with customs when the replacement came back so I can't really take a hit, sorry. :iono:

By any chance did you silicone the taillights as you were installing them? I am curious because I am about to order them.

For future, ask the shipper to declare as warranty replacement parts.

You'd think they'd automatically do this but no. ugh. I can fill in a B2 customs form as recourse but it's still a pain in the ass.

I say keep the BC's. They're too sweet to let go. :D

I can't help but think Toms are cleaner and meant for this car. As much as I love the aggressiveness of the BCs, Toms are more mature and have a classic look down the road.

Have lots of stuff done to the car, yet it's the Buddy Clubs that everyone talks about. i'd say keep them.
