Growing up in NYC, I wish everyone could park this well

Ha. I can just imagine the NY streets if people parked this way: thousands of destroyed bumpers and mangled pedestrians all over the place.

you have to be very quick and careful that the car doesn't move even an inch forward, though...

uphill should be easy, downhill though... unless you want to do a reverse burnout

Lol typical NYC parallel park people. Pushing other people bumper to park. I would get my bumper barricaded in NYC for this reason alone

you break the cars infront of your car window, and put em in neutral. That way you get more room. But take off your license plate first

What if they're auto, like most cars are this days...

bkblitzed 02-09-2014 02:54 PM

on an auto you can't, it has a lockout that won't let you move it from park unless it has the key in and the brake pedal pressed...

An Asian driver of all things too...

Taro 02-09-2014 03:12 PM

Come to the Toronto area. Most people here can't even park head-in properly. At least you New Yorkers can park parallel badly.

There is an overdrive button on the place surrounding the shifter. You ply the cover off, and voila...

LadyFRZ 02-09-2014 08:18 PM

Damn,that's impressive.

I wish people parked well.
I park at the edge of a row, giving the person beside me plenty of room to stay between their lines and open their door...And they still park like shit.
