My own little Gresham Scion party
 

My salesman called me today and wanted me to think of some ideas for a delivery party for when my non-First-86 FR-S arrives at Gresham Scion. Shoot, I'd like to suggest that everyone at the party gets a free car, but maybe that isn't realistic.

Do you guys have any good ideas?

Tell them to hook you up with a Five axis body kit...

realistic: small community-driven car show with free cake

unrealistic: ask for free TRD parts, AND free cake.

I don't even want a party but somehow I'm a little disappointed my Subaru dealer isn't throwing one. LOL

Tell them to get you a lap dance. Everyone should at least get a lap dance with this car.

I'd love to know the budget so I can get the best bang for my buck, but I think it would be pretty rude to ask. Maybe I just invite every Scion owner in Portland for a cruise through the city? That would be pretty cool!

Tell them to fly in Ken Gushi. Cake and public car show reception. :D

I'm thinking that we might do some kind of Scion cruise through Portland. I don't really care about cake, though, haha.

perhaps they could set up a scion cruise in to cars and coffee @ cascade station.

Well, after asking me to come up with ideas for the party, Gresham Scion has never gotten back to me about it. Oh well, it would have been like a kids birthday party anyway I guess, but it's a shame that they would ask then drop the ball. Unless... surprise party!?! You guys!!!

It has much much nicer cars and a bigger turnout, starts at 8:30am every Saturday

I'd go if another FR-S or BRZ owner would head down there with me. I'd feel too strange just hitting it solo.

well that's unfortunate. oh well, at least you get your car. well i was initially going to purchase a supra but i think i'll just go ahead and pick up an FRS. supposedly Gresham Scion is getting 3 in next week. So hopefully I can nab one of those or one out of the next batch.
