Welcome to my 2013 Scion-FRS build.

I purchased my FRS on June 18th 2013 Choose the color Asphalt. This car is going to be my Daily Driver and don't plan to track it at all.

Borla Cat-Back Installed!
 

Installed The Borla 140496 Cat Back Exhaust on my FRS the other day. Really like the sound, not to loud, good growl under throttle. Fills out the Valance nicely.

Just ordered the K&N drop-in filter off Amazon & C&C Car Worx Window Visor Rain Guard Deflectors

Will be able to get them installed once all this snow clears out, The baby is resting up in the garage ;)

Also just had my first service appt at the dealer ship (7 months) but only have 3k miles. Everything checked out fine, reported the infamous crickets to them, but of course they were unable to produce it. Told me to bring it by when the chirping is happening or if I notice it again... Made sure they noted them in my file so its on record.

New Goodies
 

Installed the C&C Car Worx Window Visor Rain Guard Deflectors, Hasn't rained yet so we shall see. Also my K&N Drop-in Filter today. Filter took me about 5 minutes. I unscrewed the 3 bolts to remove the snorkle which enabled me too raise the airbox without have to force anything, ensuring I got a good seal when clamping back together. Also make sure you have the "tab" corner facing bottom/passenger side.

Road trip down south
 

Just did a nice 600 mile round trip down to Southern VA and back. Car did great no issues, seats were comfortable didn't stop once! Averaged about 30 MPG, could have been better but I was having some fun :party0030:. The C&C Car Worx Window Visor Rain Guard Deflectors held up great and did their job. It rained on the way home for about 3 hours of the 4 hour trip. Got back just in time that night because it did this :confused0068:

New wheels have arrived! 3/26 - Of course on a day that it's snowing... IN SPRING! Plan on mounting them Sunday weather is starting to warm up. Here's a few pics..

After months of debating on Suspension I have decided to go the conservative route with springs(Maybe upgrade to coils later) Currently looking at Eibach Prokit, HR Sport, Hotchkis Sport anyone have any of these springs and care to comment or recommend?

Threw the wheels on, on Friday. Very happy with the look and fitment no rubbing or clearance issues at all. Still at stock height, Suspension coming soon... :cheers:

20,000 Mile check in - I just broke 20k had my 45 month maintenance completed by Toyota on 4/19/17. All is well Car is running great, headed to the body shop Tuesday to repair a door ding left by a chick from work. Big plans this summer!! She is not garage kept!
