Biloxi Driving Enthusiasts Meet - Sunday, April 13th, 2014
 

I am organizing another meet for the second Sunday in April. @sklimo, @KslayFRZ, and maybe @myjobis2pimp and @M-17 will be in attendance all the way from the North Pole, so we need to make sure we show them the scene is alive and well down here.

On Facebook, there were a few comments on photos from the last meet from other people in the area with other cars wanting to know if it was an open meet or 86's only. It was definitely open, but I never bothered advertising it anywhere but here. So this time around, I will do a better job of that.

All in, I can spend a weekend even further south.

Well, unless you go several hours east or west too from here, any further south will be considered a total loss due to salt water damage. Last meet was literally on the beach.

If you guys make any meet this spring. Make this the one. We are coming from CT and NY. If slay goes he's from MD.

@Anthony, sounds like we'll need a bigger place than last time. That parking lot isn't likely to be empty with the weather being warmer.

I was just thinking about that. The Latimer Community Center would be an almost guaranteed good spot. It's walking distance from the good gas station and the parking lot is huge and almost always completely empty. The only problem is that it's about 10 minutes away from the interstate. I like the beach because most people are familiar with it and for those who aren't, directions are maximum simple. We've got plenty of time though. I might go scouting one weekend coming up.

You know what if it's around the same time as the NYAS, then this would be more doable. I'm still not sure yet. Sometimes things happen, but I'll be optimistic.

I will be in to follow the thread. As long as spring break dies down I may be able to make it but if not.. duties of being management in a resort are going to prohibit this. I reallyyyyyy hope I can come though! I miss Biloxi!

I'm pretty sure college spring break is over first week of April so it'd all be high schoolers that week! That is an epic idea though!

I was in Panama City during spring break one time. HOLY SHIT. Got a penalty shot at Coyote Ugly in front of a few hundred people. Very traumatic.
