Anyway easy way to fix this?
Little rock chip from car kicking up debris from snow. What's the easiest way for a untrained person to fix this?

Unless the chips penetrate to bare metal, I'd leave them alone until some day the entire panel needs to get repainted. Think of them as well-earned patina...
Plus, it'll make it much easier to identify your car in a lineup. :) |

Or ..... clean up the wound (with alcohol) and carefully apply (with a tooth pic) a dab of touch up paint. After a while .... you won't "see" it anymore .... ;) humfrz |

And my car only have 520 miles.. And this happens. |

Whenever I've tried the paint dab approach in the past, I soon ended up with a bunch of standing-out-like-a-sore-thumb paint pimples. :) |
Close your eyes when you get close enough to see it. Shouldn't be often since you'll need to be about 2 feet away or less.

Some touch up paint with a toothpick will be fine right? The bumper is abs plastic right?

The secret to applying touch up paint is to have someone with artistic talent make the application. Like @993Fan says ..... most of us with "fat fingers" and a "more is better" attitude, will make it look like someone painted it with a broom .... :bonk: humfrz |

You can apply the touch up paint generously then remove the excess with a compound like most scratch removers. The end result should be relatively smooth and nearly invisible.
If you take this approach I suggest not waiting too long to remove the paint bump. Once its completely settled it can be hard to rub down. |
You should see the front of mine...

Dr. Color Chip.

Touch up paint from your dealer. Use the pen side, not the brush.
|
The paint on these cars is shitty and really thin. Consider yourself lucky if that's the only rock chip.
|
just get some touch up paint + clearcoat and you'll be fine.

and then 3M the entire front end of the car, if this mini chip bothers you lol |
First chips are the most painful. What sucks is that I have less than 1000 miles and I get a big chip.
|
You could always move to Texas where there's no snow :)
|
Touch up paint. If you're not good at blending them in, ask a friend with an older car to practice on their car. Once you get the hang of it, they'll look less pimply. For slight pimples or roughness, you may be able to correct with a mild rubbing compound to even it out, then wax over it.

Apply touch up up with a tooth pick, slightly overbuild, give it a few days to cure 100%, sand VERY, VERY lightly with 2000 to smooth it out to surrounding paint and buff out the area with something like scratch X followed by Meguiar's UC. Works very well and will be generally invisible unless your right on top of the panel.
