As the title says: How often do you make a trip to the gas station for your FR-S?

Got my FR-S 4 days ago, and 2 days later I already was empty and had to fill her up. 2 days later (today), I'm already half way through the tank.

This car is just so addicting and fun to drive. :thumbup:

I usually fill up after about 250-325 miles on 1 tank - give or take how aggressive I am driving

I fill up the BRZ once a week and have been averaging 27 mpg for the last 2000 miles.
The STi gets driven a lot less. I have to fill that car up every other week and have been averaging 19.1 mpg for the last 1350 miles.

I fill once a week, usually for about 40-42 litres after about ~540 km.

Last track day, I filled up first thing, then at lunch, then on the way home. Take that, fuel card.

9 or 10 days max on a full tank. Its my DD but when its the wife and I we take the TDI. I've gotten 535 on a tank in that before :D

every 2 or 3 days, i try to fill up around 200 miles

I get 30mpg and there's about 11 gallons to a tank so you can do the math.

Every other week (unless on vacation then every other day).

I fill up at around 1/4 tank and average about 2 fill ups per week, averaging 200 miles between fill ups.

It's 13.2 gallons, isn't it?

I fill up once a week. all city drive ~225miles.

I believe what the poster was stating was about every 330 miles.

Once a week at best. If i try hard enough i can squeeze just past 300 miles (Hwy & city) before filling up again. Otherwise maybe in the 250-270 mile range on average.

The pump auto shutoff actually fills it an entire gallon short.

You'll make more trips than you're used to because of the small tank, however you should still get pretty decent gas mileage. I get between 28-32. I have to stop and put gas often because at the moment I commute to work 5 days a week.

I get at least 300 miles before I decide to stop and fill up. If I push it I've gone up to 340 or 350, but I think I had topped off the tank which I stopped doing now.

My commute is all highway.

On track days I fill up before and after because I'm only getting 9-10mpg on track lmao.

Wow, every 2-3 days? At the rate I'm going, I'm also in the same boat, but time will tell I suppose... I need to stop driving so... aggressively if I want to reduce the # of trips to the gas station.

Every two weeks. My tank isn't empty by the end of the two weeks, but it's a good routine. Did that in my last car too. I seriously don't live that far from work, so this is even with about 5 minutes of spirited commuting. :P

I average about 4 tanks a month - 2 for dd and 2 for weekend trips. Sometimes I end up with more full tanks every so often when I take a bazillion trips during a given month or drive aimlessly to destress.

I run on E85 so I gotta go every 2-3 days. Turbo!!!!

540 kms? Wow! I normally get 260-280 kms on a full tank. Now with the SC I get around 250kms.

when i delivered pizza it was every day or every other day. now it's once a week

i drive about 60-70 miles a day, 4 times a week for work. and then sometimes i take the car out just for some fun:iono:

My daily work commute is less than 2 miles round trip, so a tank can regularly last me 3-4 weeks. If I visit my mom or the girlfriend's folks semi regularly, I still get about 2 weeks.

Every other day to every two days. Run on 93 Shell. Spend about $500-$600 on gas. I average 29.9 MPG. A family member depends on me for rides to work, and I ended up moving 15 miles away from my job, so... more miles :(

How much gas is left when the light comes on? 1-2 gals i would imagine...my camry's light comes on with 4 gallons left!

I have had my car for 10 days and have put on 1400 miles. It is my DD and I love driving it. I am retired so I am driving it a lot. Have the 6 speed auto and averaged 38 bringing it home from Atlanta. I am averaging 32 around town. Love it!

I said in another thread that I drive like a granny, including highway cruising (80% of my travel) at 90 km/h. You must drive like, uh, an "un-granny"?

I just filled after Christmas break, where I did almost no highway driving, and was also distinctly un-grannylike in big parking lot after the snow was cleared (I'm officially a hooligan :)) and my average per tank is now just over 530 km.

The light comes on with 2.0 gallons remaining. The most I have ever put in is 12.10 Gallons just for convenience. Someday I will intentionally run it dry to see how far it can go.

I drive about 100 miles / day on my work commute, so every 3 days I'm filling up.

Every two weeks. it's a DD car for me in the summer. I mostly drive it to work. with the occasional sunday funday drive. have it almost timed perfectly where every 2nd friday the light comes on and i fill it up on the way home from work. now if I know i am going to be cruising the blvd. i usually just let her sit around 1/4 tank and not full.
