Had a good time getting back out there and photographing the good's for y'all. @Chris@Phastek got a lot of good video today; look out for that very soon.
Some highlights of Phastek's Day 2 of SEMA coverage include: +Ground Control's Strut Tower Brace Clears the Innovate Sprintex Blower +Close up pictures of the NEW STAGE 2 upgrade of the Sprintex Kit (The 335 kit) +More closeups of the Kraftwerks Rotrex kit +Winjet introduced a set of taillights as well as an JDM replica headlight. They also had the 1st 86 out of the First 86 +Spec-D Tuning shows a prototype "Boomerang" headlight +A lot of closeups of that huge whaletail +Invictus showed some real dry carbon interior deco as well as their new turbo kit +Evolve (Cusco?) has a new header, radiator, and air to oil cooler! +The Seibon collection including interior parts +And Lisa from Spyder makes an appearance |
Interested in the turbo kit with the precision mounted on it ! id love to know more about it

I really like the design of their turbo kit. I also really like the option of precision turbos. this is a kit I think a lot of people have been looking for

Fulfilling some requests from the week :)
Whiteline has a replacement for the C-comp(?) top hats for the struts. They think it's a difference in stock caster from the WRX To the BRZ that causes the issues some of us are seeing. No ETA yet. Stopped by the Invictus/S-max booth: they use a precision 5558 turbo. 600hp capable with the right supporting mods. The pipes will be stainless and mandrel bent. ETA end of 2013. |

The aftermarket headlights are nice. I'm kind of 'meh' about the gt86 knockoff lights, mainly because I just dropped some dough on a legit set. But at least I'll have OEM quality! :D

WOW, WOW...what a big jump from last year's SEMA. Huge improvements from the 80's late 90's type tuning to something modern and easy on the eye. I have to say that some tuners have actually taken their time to R&D their products! Big thumb up for all of ya, keep up with a good job.

Chris@Phastek if you have the chance, some info on the spec-d headlights would be awesome. High beams? Release date? Price? Anything buddy.

Winjet gets it right by producing the replica JDM lights. That's full of Win.
Bodykit though on the Kraftwerks car = FAIL. That thing is gawdy! Invictus looks like a decent turbo setup. Lot of top mount setups out there. |
