Full 3" exhaust system Who does it?

I have bene trying to understand Who does a frontpipe - overpipe - catbacksystem 3"
But It seems most of the information are outdated. Perrin doesnt make 3" over pipe and they stopped doing 3"front pipe and it seems they haven't any 2.5 front pipe as well.

What other brand are left that do 3" front-over-exhaust and that fit with jdl or other good quality header?

What about nameless for what I have seen they don't do over pipe-front pipe 3" either.

Catless frontpipe... I plan to have a catless header a so I need a catted frontpipe.

Maybe a good combination could be:

Nameless 3" op/dp catted with helmotz resonator
Perrin 3" resonated catback

What do you think, will it be to mild and not loud at all?

I want to add a UEL catless header in the future.

FA20Club also has a 3" over pipe.

Get whatever catted 3" front pipe you want. Perrin still has them available from some vendors.

I'd still get the PTUNING catback though.

I have the Nameless 3" DP/OP and the JDL UEL. Fitment is great and it's really really loud.

Victor Draken 11-07-2013 08:08 AM

I much prefer the perrin 3" catback sound compared to the ptuning.
There are so many combination damn it.

Matt do you have catless header with catted op/dp and helmotz resonator? Is the catback exhaust resonated as well? I don't want a too loud exhaust system because it's very easy to get in trouble here where I live.

It's not going to be anything new or groundbreaking, but different than everyone. I will share it as soon as my car is back running as I don't know yet if everything will fit. Fitment SHOULD happen in two weeks.

Hopefully all goes well. I freaked out over a day not having my car and having to drive a Civic while I got the newest fuel pump. Good luck man!

The Turbo is the best quieter available. It was not annoyingly loud and this coming from someone who wanted the car as quiet as possible.

You'll want a big resonator like Perrin has on their catback if going N/A. My Nameless system has 2 resonators in it, one being in the downpipe and the other in the midpipe, and the 5" mufflers. It's still brutally loud but it does sound really mean. It's the loud that most people who are looking for quiet do not want. A resonator about 2 feet long should suffice in the midpipe.

I knew going into my 3" system it was going to be loud. I can handle it till I decide/find/can afford the turbo system for my car. If you aren't planning on turbo, and aren't looking for excessive noise, stay at 2.5".
