I find that the left side of the website is a bit busy. Loads of thing to choose from.

Just some little organizing of the website can go a long way.

Took me a while to find my brake pads.

But i'll come back...i always come back.

@CounterSpace Garage is the place to go to for any items from Mackin including most high end JDM wheels such as Volks and Advans. I ordered my Advan Center Caps and RAYS lugnuts for my BRZ from them and they provided excellent customer service letting me know what my options were and getting me a great price. I knew I wanted Volks for my new M3, so I contacted them again, and they again provided great customer service letting me know what Mackin had in stock and getting me a great price on a set of TE37SLs and another set of RAYS lugs. They packaged them personally instead of just drop shipping them from Mackin as well.

wholeeoh 12-11-2013 10:44 PM

I don't have experience with them in a purchasing stand point but they spent their time talking to me about what is the best route to go with on my set up and what they recommend for me to get, not the most expensive but the one that will work out for me. I wish I couldve done business with them but I had unexpected circumstances occur (girlfriend spontaneously wanting to go to disneyworld) lol... If I do pull the trigger and purchase the other items I need I will certainly hit them up.

You should make either /products or /blog your landing page. And populate your (empty) blog with the gear reviews, guides and how-to's from the forum (basically copy and paste).

Should make you more visible on Google, increase sales, and will also make it easier for me to find your articles whenever I want to read them again :)

You've got lots of track videos on YouTube (some with commentary/instruction), put them on your blog or under /videos too!

CGS crew are the best

Ordered 5x RPF1s from CSG and they were great. One wheel is still in UPS land (not CSGs fault at all).

Just a small critique. It would be more professional if they redirected requests from PMs to a email. (Not that I personally minded at all.) Also providing customers with tracking #s for orders.

But overall, I am a happy camper! Thanks again CSG!

Got my brake pads and fluids in a timely manner, thanks mike!

Dave-ROR 01-16-2014 07:37 PM

FedEx or UPS lost one of my CSG shipments. Therefore CSG sucks! Just kidding :)

My next CSG package arrives next month.. just in time to get the BRZ ready for sale. I'll have to buy me some Essex front brakes for the M3 just so I can burn through all these brake pads I have.

JoeBoxer 01-16-2014 10:53 PM

CSG are awesome guys, always enjoyed my talks with Mike when i had my FRS and i still refer people to them when i can.

Yep. These guys are on my short list of people I like to deal with on here :) Just in case anyone missed that the last post was a joke.

What would we do with 3 BRZs?

We'll gladly run a "DAVE-ROR" sticker (or any sticker of your choice) on the side of the car for the life of the car if you donate it to us :lol::lol:

+1 for Counterspace Garage - ordered my Innovate Intercooler Kit from them. Great customer service, great communication, and very down to earth. Not pushy at all about a sale, actually I almost forgot about the sale given the amount of times we talked back and forth about car related things. Enthusiast first, business second. Highly recommend them!

Also, the box was taped up nice and securely with heavy duty tape, not the crap that Innovate sends with their boxes (you would cringe if you saw how my supercharger box came).

Mike at CSG has been an awesome source of information for me even when he didn't think I was going to buy something from him. I picked up a full set of Carbotech pads and have been extremely happy.

Thumbs up for CSG.

I appreciate Mike's further input on my decision to buy the KW V3's at a wonderful price. Not being able to adjust dampening while going lower on a Tarmac 0 was affecting my ride quality. Now having control over that and talking with Mike about it, I'm extremely excited for getting them and thankful to talk to someone who pushes the limits of the 86 and has experience on the track.

A bit overdue on my end, but I'll echo this entire statement. Months ago I was getting ready for a track day and contacted CSG Mike for advice and suggestions as to what parts to go with. We swapped PMs for a few days talking about my experiences on track and my expectations, before getting some great recommendations on parts. I ended up getting brake pads, fluid and a Berk front pipe from them with great pricing and service. There was a slight delay on the Berk part that was out of their control, but they kept me updated and I still got everything in time for my BRZ's first track day.

And after the track day I heard back from CSG David checking in to see how I liked the parts. CSG Mike has been a great resource to the community especially in regard to motorsports, hard core product testing and track-day related advice. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone interested in buying performance parts from them, they are one of the good guys on this forum so we're lucky to have them here.

Couldnt echo this more. I have bugged Mike about tires and oil so far. I think I have my brake pads decided on but may still bug him anyway. Lol

Awesome customer service so far and its nice to know he runs what he sells. Not many companies can say that. My parts are on backorder but I got a great price from CSG and am happy to support CSG as Norcal 86Cup and my first track days are fast approaching.

Another successful purchase from CSG,

Placed an order for the Winmax W4s through the group buy (good price!) and Project Mu brake fluid. Had it shipped to my work address, UPS drops off packages at receiving which is open from 0900-1630. For some reason UPS did not deliver that package and returned to CSG after 3 "failed delivery attempts." CSG did not hesitate to resend it, and I am assuming they even paid again for the reshipping costs.

Thanks to Mike and the CSG crew for another job well done.

Zach3794 04-17-2014 11:15 PM

If nothing else, Mike has take my relentless questions in stride. He seems always willing and happy to answer any question I could have related to improving my driving ability or automotive questions in general. I also ordered a full set of Winmax W4's with PMU fluid from them. The response time was excellent, I received the package promptly with excellent packing and detailed instructions for the bedding. Mike has won me over with his attention to detail and constant enthusiasm; I will definitely be returning with more business for CSG.

mkivsoopra 04-21-2014 09:40 PM

I asked @CSG Mike some questions on a brake setup and he was very helpful, providing a list of options and recommendations based on my usage, track experience, and car setup. I went ahead with the order, which I believe @CSG David helped process. Shipping took some time since the AP Sprint kit had to be shipped from Essex to CSG, but that detail was disclosed at the time of order.

Everything arrived well-packaged and accounted for, and even with with some CSG swag. :)

So far, the brakes feel fantastic! I went with the street pads that Mike recommended, and they are 100% oem-like streetable... smooth braking and no noise. There are some faint whirring noises coming from the J-hooks on the AP rotors, but it seems like it's normal, after talking to Mike.

I'll be trying the race pads in a few weeks. :)

Overall, good buying experience, and will purchase from CSG again. In fact... I ordered some lug nuts just today. haha

I'm curious when more info about the new suspension packages will be posted!
