Who,s going to SEMA

Who's going to SEMA next week?
Do you have a booth or just walking?
What area are you interested in?

I'm going. I go just about every year. No booth.

I'll see the whole show if I can. It's all interesting.

But it's not JUST a car show... :iono:

hur1ey02 11-01-2013 10:05 AM

I would lovvvvve to go to SEMA. My location poos on that, though.

jadewbj 11-01-2013 10:14 AM

I am going with a group of friends. Just walking as media and it is almost impossible to see it all.

This is nothing like a car show. More product focused with lots of amazing demo cars. Probably the furthest thing from your average car show.

On topic, I'm not going this time.

I'll be walking through the horde of people, trying to catch glimpses of all the shiny bits

The front of the FR-S concept makes me think of Terminator helmets. It's just missing a massive storm bolter and the low pitched grumbly voice. It's very, very nice looking. It gives it more of that whoop an ass look.

tell me if im wrong but SEMA is an automotive trade show right? Full of custom cars, new manufactures cars, and new products. Yea, walk around for a couple of hours at different cars/booths then what. It's just me, but probably by the first hour i would be over it.

We will be there. Lots of business to attend to and checking out all the new offerings for the platform we all love :)

We will be posting updates here on the forums when we can, but most will be on our facebook, instagram, and blog.

That differs it from a regular car show IMO. Gear heads would spend hours, if not days, checking out new products. Think of it as fashion shows, but for cars. People don't go to fashion shows to check out the clothes. Vendors may need to personally check out products prior to purchasing and distributing them all over.

Anyway, I'm not here to argue. You see it differently, and I can respect that.

Yea its just like sports to me. I hate watching it but I'll play it. If there was like an autox or a track then yea I would go lol.

We will be there! I can't wait!

This will be my first trip to SEMA...I've been wanting to go for a very long time

Being able to see products on/in the cars and in the flesh alone would be worth it for me. Videos and pics are cool but you can make solid decisions when it's there to see & touch. I'd love to go one day for sure.

Tracking and AutoX every day @ Sema...Takes 1 day to walk the show floor if you DO NOT Stop to see anything.

This is my 15th straight year. Get in on Sunday and leave on Saturday. Exhibitor badges get you in way early too.:D

AKBrrrrrrrrZ 11-02-2013 02:39 PM

Besides those that are vendors and getting in that way. How is everyone else that is not working a booth getting in? I thought it wasn't available to the public. I am in the area and would love to go but didn't think it was possible....
