Before/After One Year Anniversary Thread

Just like the title states, post up your FR-S from when you got it, then post your recent picture from 1 year to the current day if past. I'll get it started.

This is when my dad surprised me, the night of 10/11/12

The next day--as you can see it still had all the plastic on it because my dad knew I didn't want anybody cleaning but me :party0030:

Then this is the day (10/21/13) before we sold it. It had 500 miles on it!

Because we were paying a little under $1k for insurance rated as a leisure vehicle at 1,000 miles/year. That would be fine with us, if we didn't have four other cars to pay insurance for. Also because of depreciation since the 2014 models came out and they were practically unchanged.

We sold it for $600 below the MSRP--which we paid--which was $2,400 over Blue Book Value.

Besides, we're looking to get another one next year.We felt it was better to sell now at a high price while we still can

1st photo was the 2nd day of ownership. 2nd photo is one year later - not much change on the outside but plenty of fiddling done under the bonnet and in the cabin.

Easier to change than the bumper, lights, fog lights, DRL :D

Pretty much the same car. :D I read these forums everyday but I'm very picky about the parts I put on my car. I will keep her for as long as I can manage.

I think those are the nicest looking rims on a light color FR-S I've seen. What are they?

Great thread! Love seeing how the cars have changed (or not changed) after one year of ownership.
@enouf I love your stock wheels.

I agree. I tend to be conservative with exterior mods as well as I find some mods just don't age well. You think it looks good now and then down the road you think "what the hell was I thinking"... Mullets, parachute pants, bell bottoms, girls with big bangs, etc all come to mind.....
