Veilside Fortune Style Doors
 

Hey all,

I was thinking how there isn't really ANY aftermarket doors... and I came up with a Veilside Fortune Style. I've seen it already on some 86 and it looks really good.

As you can see, the door goes IN and it is also part of the fender. But obviously no one wants to change their fenders. So I think this aftermarket door should only have the 'hole' part only in the door. Also, as you can see, the 'hole' has the pointy bit pointing backwards. I think it would look a lot better pointing forwards. Or possibly just the shape of the door. The door would look nice if the stock shape was kept, but have the 'hole' in it too.

If this were to be made, who would make it? I think if we get enough people interested maybe someone could make it. Gotta find someone though.

Any input would be nice. :)

P.S This will most probably be a door shell or something.

I never said the doors would HAVE to have that.

The doors on that rx7 were most likely modified with large fiberglass add on skins. With alot of body filler.

At first glance, I have to admit I thought it was ugly but after looking for a while I've decided it was still ugly.

Man, that kit would be adding major weight. and the labor cost to install would probably cost you near the price of the car when all is said and done :/

seriously... if you want input you're going to get good and bad. don't ask for opinions if you don't want them.

There's no "hole" in that door, it's a widebody kit and the "hole" part is the original door.
