NorCal "86 Fiesta" caravan -- October 19, 2013
 

What's up 86ers!

So I thought it would be pretty cool if we met up so we could all roll to Livermore together. If you're in the San Jose or Milpitas area and you're interested, please post here! Of course, everyone is welcome! Also, feel free to suggest any meet up spots!:thumbup:

TIME: 8:15 - 8:30am (hopefully that'll be enough time for everyone to grab some coffee)
(caravan will be leaving AT 9:00am!!)

I'm in, although I may be slightly late.

^^ Sounds like a good location. Nearby the freeway and can satisfy that coffee fix if one needs it!

Starbucks would be a good place just in case people want to grab morning coffee. I was thinking maybe the empty parking lot where Mervyn's used to be.

There's also Starbucks on Jacklin, a little less busy street, maybe.

i wanna join but i volunteer to help so i might need to be there earlier. :)

TBH, I don't know what time. The meet thread says that cars will start showing up at 9am so probably meet at 7-8am

the last time we went there we also met with people that were from the sf/oakland/other up north areas then we all rolled into the meet together. it was neat. brought walkie talkies too which were helpful.

pretty sure it was roughly the same time. and we all met roughly the same time you guys are trying to meet. i do remember that we ended up leaving late because we tried to wait for people. so we obviously got there a bit late... but it was all good. still lots of fun.

also another thing: zero reception once we get there.

I believe the Livermore meet starts at 9am so we should be meeting some time before that. I'll post the time and place once I have made up my mind lol.

How about meeting up around 7-7:30? Grab some coffee and see who is showing up and leave around 8:15-8:30. we'll get there by 9:15 or so (hopefully)

This is also my first meet so i'm pumped ;)

let's hope you get off work so we can break the spring record of 61 cars :)

Hahaha true. But she paid already so that would be kinda jacked up, plus I still need my gym fix before the meet. Lol Hopefully it will workout though.

What gym do you go to?

I usually go to the automall 24hr super sport on weekdays then 24hr in Union City weekends.

Oh, you should really try out the new City Sports

Yeah I have a couple friends that go there. But I still got my old Planet fitness membership plus 24. I like 24 since it's open 24hrs, I usually go early so I dnt have to wait for equipment.

But back to the meet, my +1 is up for it so we will be joining you guys :party0030:

pmok is planning a drive tomorrow if anyone is interested :-) around afternoon time after the meet in either Fremont or Newark. Might be good to get a group drive in before the caravan :)

Arrrggghhh, I'm waiting for a tune update.. I don't like driving hard with my current tune. Guess I could flash back to stock.. but..

flash it back to stock and drive with us... and just drive easy, since my car is all stock and its auto too :P lol

For those of you who want to do the mines run In Livermore. I should be arriving to the Starbucks in Livermore about 4:00-4:30pm.

The address a I've will be the meeting spot since it has plenty of parking. The drive will be to the junction and from there we will decide to turn around or continue to the observatory and into San Jose.
