How many miles do you have on your FI system?
 

I want to know where everyone stands in regards to mileage. I've had my Vortech for 2 months and already placed 6,500 miles on it. I drive pretty hard too.
I don't want to be the first to experience potential engine failures. lol

I installed my Full Blown turbo kit in February and have put over 17,000 turbo miles (that's more than Adeets has) on the car since the install with over 25,000 miles on the car total. This has included trips to Orlando, Miami, and Louisville. I know my boy @lexusb3 will love this thread.

bought the car in February and a week or two after buying i boosted it. I dont know what "break In period" means lol 16,500 turbo miles and i beat the living hell out of it, drift it, burn out, 2 step, bounce off 8k revs lol :happyanim:

My dads car is better then yours....

when i got mine back from the shop complete it had 1700 miles, right now it's about to turn over 4000, so 2300 or so. The last 1000 miles have been nothing but abuse, basically. the car is a toy (not my only vehicle) so i pretty much only use it for going fast when i want to.

It's the new ion propulsion system were developing, 0 to 1/3 light speed in 30 years.

Bro we gots IAT measured pre turbo, post turbo, pre throttle body, post throttle body, and even in the combustion chamber. We gots you covered like a jimmy hat.

It has no IATs.... Ion propulsion....

Sounds like a scam to me.
Whoever designed this kit clearly was not thinking about adding IAT post combustion. Even with all those sensors my tuner will not be able to get this running properly on my 91 Octane blended with E12.


Forcing compressed air into motor is not a joke. You may want to take this more seriously. For me making 212-240HP depending on an endless array of variables is a fine art, and my palette is the internet. I can chat with other scholars about Rocket Bunnies, EBCs, and what 22" wheel I can run to maximize efficiency.

Vortech SC kit stage 1 with 6,000miles on it. Just got back from a 1,000miles trip. Car run great, no overheat or any short of problem. total miles on car is 13,000miles now.
