I want to see the final product. 86 in the pic looks retarded.

Exhaust 03-31-2012 09:52 AM

Ew... just as ugly as oridos..

7thgear 03-31-2012 10:02 AM

more fender flares than true wide body (ex, BMW M3 or Subaru 22B)

tlp 03-31-2012 10:06 AM

Just wait till it's finished. Of course it looks ugly the way it is. LOL.

That front lip looks pretty interesting. No doubt it will be CF

tlp 03-31-2012 10:35 AM

Thought I must say those are some pretty FAT guards!

ichitaka05 03-31-2012 11:28 AM

Wow that's a huge flares... can't wait to see the final ver

MiguelAE86 03-31-2012 11:29 AM

Why would you guys wait for some URAS-branded flares? Just head over to any American Off-Road company that makes flares for Jeeps, Pick-ups and just fit them to your FR-S/BRZ? Plastic is still plastic, same thing, lower price :happy0180:

igorot 03-31-2012 11:30 AM

wont need flares, i do like that lip though

True, but c'mon those flares look almost IDENTICAL to the ones on Off-road show trucks and Jeeps lol

WingsofWar 03-31-2012 11:35 AM

very popular flares, IMO they don't go well with the car aesthetically. But its all about function right? ........right?

LOL agree... but we gotta wait til the final ver & see how it turns out. maybe they're using that as a molding reference. ;)

MiguelAE86 03-31-2012 11:50 AM

Also, one more thing: N2-Spec Widebody Kit anyone? ;)

Edit: I'm also very surprised no one has Panda-fied their 86's....

ZetaVI 03-31-2012 12:07 PM

I like the lip. The flares are pretty gigantic. Another one to wait for the final version.

I have a bizzare feeling the Nomuken will be the one to do it with this one here.

Who's Matt Black? Never met him.

Matte black on the other hand, can be a beautiful color.

:slap:

Very excited to see the rest. Really hard to tell what the finished product is going to be with just these pics lol. I do really like how the lip follows the "fangs" of the bumper.

:bellyroll: I immediately thought the same thing! I'm going to hold off until I see the final version before passing judgment.

FIREISFUN135 04-01-2012 01:11 AM

Seems rushed...maybe it will look better finished

poormans_LFA 04-01-2012 01:22 AM

If they were only smaller...wouldn't mind it then

JoeJoseJoseph 04-01-2012 01:35 AM

Would've been okay if it had an ISF v8 to back it up like orido's drift car

OldSkoolToys 04-01-2012 01:45 AM

Has anyone considered the possibility the photo was snapped by the person because the car looks retardedly silly in its current state and he just had to get a pic of it?

Yeeesshhhh.

OT: Awaiting final product.

86design 04-01-2012 03:23 AM

hmmmmmmm

tlp 04-01-2012 05:01 AM

poormans_LFA 04-01-2012 05:11 AM
