Different.. looks good so far. How do they look without being lit up?

I think they just look like any other redded out tail lights. Just dark.
I'm going to buy these for my birthday lol.

I was thinking aventador immediately when I saw them lol, are the turn signals right below them?

Nope. The turn signals are integrated in between the "spikes" of the brake lights and have an optional cascading effect kind of like those Mustang turn signals that blink in the direction you're turning.

So these are all-red? I wish someone would make a cool taillight with amber turn signals!

Check out Avest or Spyder (Pretty much EXACTLY the same). Also Valenti have nice tail lights.

The shape of the Valenti parking strip is cool, but that's the only thing I find aesthetically pleasing about any of those options. Thanks anyway. I guess it's just a matter of preference and I do not like any of the current aftermarket options.
