Meet-up before the show at 8am at the Wal-Mart at Colony Place in Plymouth off Rt.80 - don't be late! 8am means 7:45; we roll out at 8:30!

Last year drew 1800 cars; lets see if we can break 2000! I'll be there with my GBS BRZ and most likely I'll let my friend John borrow my STi since his is outta commission. A bunch of my friends are going too, so anyone who wants to get together after the show we'll probably organize a cruise through the state forest and go to downown Plymouth after for some dinner (plenty of options; open to suggestions). Let's get a count going!

Can you speak to the rotorcraft element of this event? Are we talking about there maybe being a couple of rotorcraft around, or is it a full blown rotorcraft show in addition to being a car show?

Well, last year there were 1800 cars and 20 helicopters. So the ratio is a bit disproportionate but then again most folks can't afford a whirlybird of their own! There was a very nice 2002 Eurocopter which I poked around in for a few minutes. I don't know what will be there this year.

Any other takers?

I may be heading down there too, depends on how busy that weekend is for me.

I sold a DGM BRZ and he's planning on going, and one of my customers who bought a WRX is going as well, so, yay!

I havent met any of fellow members since I got my car in July. So I would like to try and make it towards the end of the show and for the drive just to say Hi :thumbsup:

Suggestion: we all meet up beforehand and cruise in together; any interest? We could meet at the Wal-Mart at Colony Place in Plymouth. It's right off Rt.44 and a lot easier to find than the airport! I'll be meeting with a bunch of other people anyway so I'll plan to be there at 8am.

I think that's a good idea. It'll make it easier to park all the 86's together too.

Yes, 8am at the Wal-Mart in Colony place. It's the Rt.80 exit off Rt.44. Take a right Off the ramp, and a right into the plaza. Go straight toward the back and you'll see the Wal-Mart.

@M-17, are you in the Legacy or a BRZ?

Just to clarify, 8am means 7:45. In other words, please don't be late! The show is gonna be busy and I'd like us to roll out no later than 8:30; my friend and I each have respective sections to park at so we need to get there before 9. @Books, have fun at the auto-x! I need to make at least one event before the season ends. I'm almost mad at myself for prioritizing a car show over a driving event, lol. Who do you run with?

That show was outta control! Approx. 4500 cars counted and another ~2000 turned away because there was no space. They were able to raise over $20,000 for the Jimmy Fund! It was nice to finally meet some of you guys!

What time did you guys end up leaving? I got there at 2pm and a lot of cars had already left :(

what does driven perfection specialize in?

I didn't get outta there 'til about 4pm. The show was supposed to end around noon, but cars were still showing up. By 11:30 they had to close the gate and turn about 2,000 cars away. Created a ridiculous traffic jam!

They specialize in auto detailing and they also do window tinting, paint protection film, opti-coat, and paintless dent removal. Normally I do all my own detailing but lately I only have one day off and I'd rather not spend it cleaning a car for 8hrs.

i have a couple rough scratcheds .. no idea how it got there near my OEM spoiler ... may have to give these guys a call ... plus i need to tint my car too.

Oh wow. I got there around 2ish and there were still people walking in and tons of cars leaving. Watching the cars drive away was a car show on its own.
