The Raceseng Revo engine pulleys are done and ready to be bolted on! The purpose of our pulleys is to remove as much rotational mass as possible so the engine can rev quicker. We saw the opportunity to create something far from generic, by creating a strong, lightweight pulley that looked as good as it performed. See the breakdown of the different kits below

REVO PULLEY KIT S2
The Revo Pulley Kit S2 is the lightest and only full billet aluminum engine pulley kit on the market! The S2 kit includes the crank, water pump, alternator and (2) idler pulleys. A total of 5.1 lbs. have been cut from the rotating mass of the stock engine pulleys. Available in anodized black and silver.

Looking for clarification - do pulley sets take you out of STX?

Simmons on this board is one of our racers and he runs SCCA STX. I would reach out to him to clarify.

He can personally account for the difference the pulleys made on his car.

The most beautifuly done and the most complete (5 pieces with idlers) pulley set - for sure! The lightest... a little overstatement ;) Will likely buy the idler separately though - they look cool and still shred some weight.

Saw these at 86fest and are beautiful!!!! Bought their weighted "Slammer" shift knob and it is money.

Speaking with the guys at Raceseng showed their passion for their products and I will continue to support and buy their products

Simmons (on this board) is one of our autocross STX racers and he felt a big difference in throttle response and acceleration. Lightened engine pulleys do not necessarily increase horsepower. We are doing some back to back dyno runs with Mike Mann of Moto-East soon!

It never hurts to ask, but can we do a groupbuy on the S2 kits? I have done lightweight pulley mods on my 06 TSX and the car felt more responsive, here's hoping to get the same effect on the BRZ.

A set is a combination of individual elements. Idlers are nice and I will buy them separatly (thanks Raceseng for providing such an option). GFB's 3-pulley set + 2 Raceseng idler is the lightest set in the market so far.

However, if I didn't have the GFB set already, I'd definetely buy the full set Raceseng - the difference in weight in negligible and Raceseng looks just so much better! :)

Yeah, I plan on having a mismatched set, but basing it off the Raceseng kit. I believe Tomioka makes the lightest alternator pulley.

You can pretty much be guaranteed those numbers aren't accurate, though. When speaking in pounds, if it ain't at least 3 digits behind the decimal, it ain't accurate.

forgive the noobie post but im still learning everyday...

i know these are serious weight reduction, but how do they affect power? like will i make more HP if the pulleys are lighter?

also, how will these work with FI? like will the huge power bump cause issues?

Your engine will still produce the same amount of power as before, but it won't be spending so much power simply making the pulleys spin. So more power will get to your tires. So it's not about making more power, it's about not wasting what you have.

Stupid question here. I've been looking in to pulleys (specifically crank) for a few days now; HOWEVER, due to my wife not being able to drive stick, I've got an auto. I can't seem to find an answer to the question whether these will easily still bolt up with auto and whether it would even make a difference.

Found a thread on nasioc where it was basically stated pulleys aren't worthwhile on autos due to how they work. I won't lie. It was all above my head as I'm not much of a gearhead.

These are STX legal. Any/all accessory pullies can be swaped.

@Raceseng do you offer the idle pullies by themselves? I already have other pullies that im satisfied with.

Nope. That one is 70mm, stock is 75mm (I believe.)

Nope, it is the Raceseng small diameter "more boost" pulley for the Innovate SC kit!

Seriously, I'm impressed that you noticed the Raceseng Apex R on the pulley picture. Do you have an SC kit?

If so, the pulley will be able to be purchased soon. Mike Mann at Moto-East approached us to develop a small diameter pulley for the SC kit. We went from design to prototypes in 2 days! He is doing the testing now.

2 day?! now that is impressive. that def gets my hopes up about the other 2 pulleys

Well, since you've already installed a crank pulley which is 5x lighter and 2 other pulleys which are circa. 2x lighter than stock, I doubt you will notice any difference after adding 2 additional idlers which are just 20% or so lighter than stock :)

Yep, i do have the innovate kit, along with tunes from @moto-mike at Moto-East and William at @DeliciousTuning (who i know has also been developing a 70mm tune). I've actually been talking to Mike about getting one of the pulleys (in hopes of getting one of the initial batch), but I think he's good on testers for now, damn!
