Hey DFW members! I'm going to be back in town on August 24th and would like to meet some more of y'all.

Looking to have some dinner and chat with fellow 86 enthusiasts. Nothing too serious.

Weekend meet has been in the Discussion for some time so this comes at the perfect time. Ill make a mention of it in the Weekend thread. But you can count me in for this.

I'm thinking of coming out as well. Which parking lot are you talking about? I know there's the parking garage that connects straight with the restaurant, but I'm not familiar with the one you might be referring to.

I also have a prior engagement for Saturday, but I will see what I can do.

I made a reservation for 16 people at 7:15PM. Should give people time to show up and chat around before the meal.

I have my stock intake system that I would be willing to sell.
My dumb@ss did break one of the bolt clips on the unit. It is either the front one on the resonator box or the front one on the actual air box, I cant remember but I can check when I get home tonight if you are interested. For reference see the pic below. It is one of the two front bolt clips I broke. I kept the pieces so nothing is missing and it could conceivably be glued back together.

Six week stay
 

Spousal unit decided adult supervision was required so please make it a +2 for dinner and fine adult beverages.


Two ECM=ECU swaps, a battery swap and an engine harness replacement.
Finally fixed an CEL, rough idle and no power above 1000 rpm.
Down for nine weeks while I removed said parts in my signature that the service writer did not want to see when the tow truck placed my BRZ on their door step.

Excited for my first meet in The DFW area. Can someone tell me what the reservation is under so I can find everyone since I don't know any faces?

I'll be there for sure (was a maybe before). Other plans finished early. Can't wait to meet some fellow 86ers!

On the west parking lot, Level 4 and 5 look to be relatively bare of cars. As well as an elevator down to the ground floor.

That is my current suggestion for parking. Any others are welcome.

I would like to thank everyone for coming out tonight to enjoy food, beer, and most importantly, the cars. The Dallas crowd is real friendly and welcoming to this native Houstonian. We'll do this again

Yeah that was awesome! Super fun and everyone was really chill. Glad to have gotten to meet and chat it up with everyone. Here's the picture I took when I got there. Can't wait to see what shots others took.
