any weekly meets in the queens area or long island area
 

hey guys just picked up my brz yesterday and wanted to know if there were any weekly meets being held in the queens area or long island area. thanks look forward to meeting you guys

There is a meet every day in my parking lot. Usually I'm the only person there though, so it gets lonely.

I haven't been to D&B out in F'dale in a while...is that place still poppin? Last I heard some mob flipped and burned a civic.

I read that as "I haven't been to D&D..." and got excited, then realized you were talking about the arcade, not the tabletop game.

real close to my shop. occassionally I see some stuff going on there. "longislandeuro" on instagram hosts some events there

Check out 468 power in farmingdale. They had a meet last week that was all FRS / BRZ. I think their grand opening event is 8/4. its posted here in the forums somewhere

468 will have one on 8/04. you will meet a bunch of chill, friendly and knowledgeable guys there as i did on their last meet.

dang 8/4 is mad far away haha I came from owning an sti so the local wrx/sti club met every tues haha dang we gotta set up a weekly meet like that

Yeah unfortunately there aren't weekly 86 only meets as of yet. You can try to start one if you want :)

BTW, once our shop is officially opened we could make the FT86 meets a weekly or BI-Weekly thing on Saturday evenings or something. Depends on interest.

well we could meet up by my work i work near fresh meadows and the parking lot there is pretty big we could meet up on the radioshack side theres a big lot and a little smaller one we could start in that one and work our way up hahah how bout every wednesday night around 8-9 till whenever haha

yea the owners sam and sue are nice people we totally changed the place me and my coworkers no more bull shit for sale just straight up racing stuff now we still make custom stickers and all that stuff but we have a wall full of fittings and fabrication stuff trying to push to different car brands since we mostly deal with Hondas hahah

as for the invite I will have to take a rain check on that since I work 6 days a week and go to school full time hahah but im down to make a weekly meet I will post another thread for the wed meet to take attendance
