Hey guys!!! Evasive Motorsports has been working with Spyder seeing what the customers would like in the new development of the new Spyder headlights. If you guys can please vote on the poll and we will try our best to make the most popular one!

Gonna have to go overall black, but I think Chrome could look good on certain colors.

Overall I think the lights are a bit overdone. LED strip, fine. Halo, alright. Both? Trying too hard, imo. I wish someone would produce a quality replica of the OEM stuff.

This have to do anything with the big announcement tomorrow from spyder??

Whatever makes it closest to the JDM 86 lights

Looks overdone to me, I think of cheap eBay headlight's when I see it. Especially with the halo's.

Just make some replica's similar to the JDM ones, and I'm sold.

So here's a good question, now that we're discussing aftermarket headlights that potentially have turn signals integrated into them. When will we get a blank off piece to remove the lower turn signal on the FRS/86? This would also do well for those that want a BRZ headlight swap.

Replicas of JDM 86 have my money

They look nice enough to me, I guess as long as they don't look to overdone and ricey they are fine.

I vote for LED as signal lights so the front bumper can have 2 full size cooling vent ducts. This would be a cheaper solution to JDM head lights with Blitz signal lights inside the housing.

Make them replicas of the GT86 headlights please! (or as close as you guys can while keeping cost down)

top- white DRL
bottom- nothing or amber turn signal
no halo
projector- retrofit with HID projectors

Screw the 86 headlight, these are way better. I'd buy these as-is today.

I dont like the bottom led unless it is strictly for turn signal use only, but i will be buying these regardless if the price is in the 500 range

I hadn't seen those before so thanks for the link. But what I'm thinking is an insert that completely blanks off that spot.

I like the ones pictured. But it'll be awhile before I get tired of my stock ones. Just baking them open and spraying it black looks great.

Yeah definitely these are sick as hell. I'd love to see them when I come in the shop this Friday. :-)

I would like to see these installed to get a better look of them.

Am I the only one that really doesn't want to lose a high beam?

^^I assumed they would change the bulb type to one of those that have an integrated high/low beam, but yes, if having a DRL strip means no high beam, I'm out as well.

Spyder only sells DOT approved lamps to my knowledge.

They often combine high / low beams like the HID retrofits available from TRS. They're not going to sell anything that is missing high beams.

Make them as close to the Japanese headlights as possible for basic functions, with a black housing and a DRL halo and I'm in.

GT86 reps or im saving for the real ones...same thing for tailights :thumbsup:

Flat black inside, clear lense, matching bright halo ring and bottom lights as the DRL ... And also bright turn signal too .

top- white DRL

Bottom LED as DRL, top as turn signal and a black (flat or gloss) housing with halo would be SEX

Just no halos please. They look so cheesy that i'd need some wine to go with them.

Just curious why do you guys want the turn signals in the light fixture??? Its on the bumper, does the GT86 have turn signal in the headlights???

I would like to have the what the picture shows. I wouldn't want to buy a replica, i do not support knock-offs or replicas.

Halo's are freaking rice, I usually keep those negative comment for myself but since you're asking for comments. Keep it oem looking and I'd consider.
