Wheel Directory: Forgestar CF5V 19x8.5 +?? / 19x9.5 +??

A while back my wife picked out her new buggy. I made the promise to quickly supply the wheels, tires and suspension. I have Forgestars on my GT500 and loved dealing with those guys. It helped that my wife wanted something no one else had on their car yet(as far as BRZ/FRS/86).

Specs
Front: Forgestar CF5V 19x8.5 Matte Black wrapped in Nitto Invo 225/35's
Rear : " " CF5V 19x9.5 " " " " 255/30's

Thanks guys! I was a little worried about running 19's, but it turned out nice and the wife is happy. :) Now I just need to figure out which lip kit to go with to finish off the look. I was leaning towards the HT auto.

HT Auto is what I'm running and it's awesome!! Looks good and super cheap! I was going to do a full CF lip kit but I figured a few steep driveways or dips would crack it fast. The HT Autos is PU and durable.

Crazy how light the Forgestar CF5V are.

19x8.5 = 19.8Lbs

Wonderful wheel. I'm surprised I haven't seen more Forgestars on the FRS/BRZ's.

Wes 11-04-2013 12:40 AM

Wow those look great!

DaiTT500 11-04-2013 01:03 AM

The GT500 is my High Monster and my BRZ is my Track Day car.

Acree 11-04-2013 03:19 AM

Great wheels and stance. Nicely done.

Mech_Engr 11-11-2013 12:13 AM

did you adjust the suspension at all? or is that the stock ride height with a 19" wheel

Any wheel on the FT86 with little to no gap has a drop.

It's not you, but it gets old seeing post after post of dropped cars where people ask if it's stock suspension. The FT86's are raised significantly to clear parking blocks and to meet pedestrian safety standards.

The OP's setup is probably approximately a 2" drop.

DarrenDriven 11-24-2013 01:49 PM

PM me if actual offset specs pop up...

Beachnuttz 08-21-2014 11:17 PM

did you lower this hot rod? I may have missed, if so sorry.
