Work CR Kiwami/Ultimate
 

Just ordered the new (Nov 2011 release) Work CR Kiwami/Ultimate. 2 colors coming in Matte Black and Matte Bronze. Size I got is 18x8.5 +47 in semi concave. They're perfect for the 86. Planning to put on Nitto 225 40 18 Invo or 225 45 18 NT555 whichever is best. Check out their site and sizing chart. Photos to follow. Nice wheels. Has pricing been announced for the 86 in the Philippines yet? I'm just curious if you're the first on the forum to buy wheels for a car that doesn't have pricing announced.

Ryephile: Pricing hasn't been announced yet. I don't know who else got wheels for the 86 but we are a wheel dealer here so we still order the wheels regardless.

7thgear: sorry for not posting weight. There is no accurate info regarding the weight. What I read from Work is Kiwami weighs -2 lbs than Kai's 21.4 lbs. So roughly at 19.4 lbs for 18x8.5. When the wheels come I will weigh them.

wanting to see a 17inch or 16inch CR ultimate.

Preferably in White rim color. or Bronze

18s = not perfect size IMO :)

I'm thinking a 45 on a 18 is way too fat. 45 series on a 17 or 40 series on a 18 imo

Aww man that's the size I wanted to go with.... IIRC you recomended 17's right?

Invo for show car, 555 is alright for street only. I had 555 on my evo before.

They look good. 19 lbs for an 18" is totally acceptable.

what's a 225/45/18 tire weight compared to a 225/45/16

Not really...

I though about CR kai's, but probably won't. Every second modified car has them over here

For my needs/wants either 16s or 17s but 17s have a bit more size options to work with.

should be 18x8.5 +47 ... flat face , non concave spec.

As i'm in Japan, I had the information from the work guys themselves, this setup is 18"x8.5 +47 offset , mounted with 225/40 18 Neova tyres ;)

Will these wheels accept the TPMS sensor? I know the Emotion CR's would not.

are these the 18x 9.5 or 18x8.5's and what offsets? and are the tire size staggered?? also are they semi concave or just normal flat face??

looked on 7tune but couldnt find the article and i tried super squintin to see the tires but couldnt tell so wasnt sure if anyone could offer any insight as this is the exact setup i want.

hoping there not staggered rims or tires cause i like functional over looks.

any responses or info greatly appreciated

All work emotion series including the cr Kai, Kiwami, will work with TPmS sensor.
