Batman cause his utility belt is equal to Ironman's suit but Batman is also a highly trained fighter and in tip top conditional unlike alcoholic Stark who relies on his suit

In other words. Batman = still dangerous while he is Bruce Banner Ironman = Nothing without suit

But like in the video i posted, in a deathmatch bout, either they both have equal preptime or neither.

If both had prep-time, i think id be a stalemate. Deathmatch, Ironman.

If both suited up, Ironman would win. Suits off, Bruce would beat the crap out of Tony.

Money-wise, Batman is now broke and legally dead with a good portion of assets dispersed (in the Nolan universe) while Ironman is still hard-pimping.


But I still prefer Batman as I am more emotionally attached to his story.

The totality of the Universes.

If you take Ironmans Ultimate form- the one where his body (bones and muscles) is the ironsuit. You would also need to give access to Batmans other forms as well. Meaning The batmage (universe-33) and GreenLatern-Batman Both of which posses abilities that can trump the ironsuit of any universe.

If you havent read the comics, Ironman cannot deflect magic or stress greater than the suit. If Batmage uses magic, game over ironman.... if GreenlaternBatman wills a gigantic planet on top of Ironman... or a small star...maybe a blackhole...again..game over.

I voted Iron Man. I think Tony & Bruce are equal in brain power & money, so it would come down to hand-hand combat. Iron Man with his suit wins, IMO.
