Let me know if you need me to recreate the NASIOC thread on FT86Club. I'm not sure how specific the rule is.

God, Prodrive wheels are simple and beautiful.

Pro drive gt1 question

So I used the fitment calculator and know they will fit but they have a 53mm. Offset. If I am on stock suspension what kind of issues will I encounter with such a huge offset? The specs are 18x7.5

phuthinhon 04-04-2014 12:22 PM

I've actually looked at these wheels they also come in +48 offset... those will be a beter fit.

Here's what they look like. Pretty nice!

phuthinhon 04-04-2014 12:23 PM

But to answer your question +53 should fit since people have fitted +55 offset with no issues.

Can't go wrong with gt1s

Needs moar flush.

chanomatik 04-09-2014 03:13 PM

Agreed. That's dat OEM fitment doe. All Sunk Errythang. Having owned flush wheels all winter, I will say that I miss tuck since it helps keep the sides cleaner. It depends on where you live. There's a lot of wetness in Alaska.

chano - do you think that is the +53 or +48 offset? The +48 offset should be more herra-frush, but it has a more limited color selection.

Hey Quentin! I was thinking about that when I found the new pics with the wheels. I thought I read that these were +48, but in looking at the article review I couldn't confirm that. I was thinking of contacting the UK member in the more recent pics I linked to see if he knew. I think I may have assumed +48 since that's the stock offset for any non-STI Subaru wheel. Even the stock wheels don't look that sunk in comparison. What do you think?

I've been wanting these wheels for a long time now and was thinking of getting them from Fastwrx.com. I was thinking of staying on shaved studs and using a 15mm spacer adapter for either 18x7.5 +53 5x100 or keeping the current spacer adapters and getting 18x8.5 +53 wheels. Although I could return to stock studs and rock 5x100 +48 since I kind of miss having a little bit of sunk to eat up the water splash from the tires.
