Lowest price you've ever seen?

I found a good deal for BRZ limited MT. FRS, not so much. Of course the BRZ costs a couple grand more.
Just wondering what's the lowest prices you've seen for the FRS and the BRZ limited (BOTH MANUAL TRANSMISSIONS)?

MSRP: $_____
Sale price: $_____
Out the door: $_____

Enraged21 06-19-2013 08:36 AM

FRS' have pure pricing so that means whatever the dealer puts as MSRP is what you pay. If they don't have any add ons, then you pay the standars MSRP. You'll never get it below that.

BRZ's you can negotiate pricing with. You can take a look at this thread:

When you make claims that go against what is known to be "true" with zero evidence people call bullshit.

Estimated Pricing*
MSRP
Base $24,500.00
Options $0.00
Manuf. Delv, Proc, & Hndlg $795.00

Subtotal $25,295.00
Dealer Fees $599.99

Total $25,894.99

That's what I'm currently getting quoted. Are you guys getting hit with the dealer fee as well? Are you including it in your OTD price?

that's a hefty dealer fee. mine was 389 and i thought that was bad. now is this a limited? if it is, then hell...what an awesome deal. out the door would include everything to the last penny. that price out the door?

I think we are talking about FR-S pricing so there will be a difference in dealer cost.;)

Southeast Toyota will stick it to you if you let them.

In theory; I could have gotten ~$26.5k out the door last fall in California. They reduced college rebate by $500 and upped the base price by $300 so I paid ~$27.3k. No rebate, base price in my county is ~$27.8k out the door. Dealer fee was $80.

Should have just paid for the damn bumper applique and whatever junk and saved $300 bucks over what I ended up paying. But the principle...

This is why people don't believe you. So I guess you're not including the "dealer delivery shipping and handling" fee in your $24.3k which means that the ACTUAL price you paid is closer to $25k plus taxes like the rest of us.

The thread was about what you paid not how you got your pricing but I see your not going to drop this so let me give you the info.

1- my window sticker was $26,614.90

2- The owner of this dealership has been my friend for years and sold me the car at dealer cost. $24,345.00 out the door.

3- As always Toyota/Scion showed me some love seeing how I've now purchased 45 new cars from them in a 43 year timespan. Customer Loyalty in the amount of $1,000.00.

4- So my cost after everything was $23,345.00 out the door.

Are you happy now..??

And if you look at this thread I'm talking about the parts I purchased with the $1,000.00 from Toyota.

It's the basest model of the FR-S you can get. The Subaru dealer near me it probably going to be 26.5k/26.25k before taxes. The Scion dealer is 25.8 before taxes. Honestly it's really making it difficult to justify the FR-S..

for the leather seats and all the upgrades, i'd say its worth the extra grand or two to get a brz. that is if the brand name doesnt matter to you.
