Just saw the movie and can confirm that a blue brz is in the film. It is not driven :( but who cares

I really have no desire to see this movie, even tho the last couple have been good. Just sucks that the hottest car out right now isnt used.

Using an FRS/BRZ would actually be a step back from the direction they are going. This isn't tokyo drift of F&F1/2 so our cars really wouldn't fit. I was reading about some of the featured cars while on the can this morning and one of the twins next to a Challenger, Camaro, Aston Martin and such really wouldn't make sense.

I saw the early release. It was a awesome movie. I'd say the best of them all, besides the original.

Didnt see it was looking for it in every scene there was a car in :/

The WRX riding on two wheels was more out if place then out car would have been styling wise.

I haven't seen the movie yet but I seriously thought people were trolling when they posted screen shots of that.

You see the car in the background. They never drive it or anything. It shows near the beginning and near the end.
-The first scene is when Toretto shows up to Brians house when they are playing outside the villa with the baby. You catch a look of it in the background and all threw the scene is in the back.
-Second scene you really dont get a good look of it near the end at the villa when the bad guys show up to take Mia they are standing next to a blue car that has been parked and you really cant tell what car it is but :) we know what car it is :)
-From my conclusion Brain drives the GTR and Toretto drives the muscle car. The only other car in the parking lot is the BRZ so it seems that Mia is the driver of the GBS BRZ :)

:46 second mark. Sucks they didn't even use it. Maybe if it had more power :P.

They didn't film them at the same time. They nixxed that idea. But they are fast tracking one for a release next year. Hopefully, it is used more next film. Plus they say there will be another trilogy(7, 8, 9).

and the next one will be in Tokyo so drifting. Im pretty sure our cars will be there and they will have some power by then.

Tokyo Drift was a mistake like an surprise pregnancy.

I did see the BRZ. I am glad it stayed clear of the tank.

I was somewhat disappointed in the movie to be honest. The series has become much less of a "car scene" movie and just another over the top action and special effects extravaganza ala Die Hard. As cheesy as the first movie was, I liked it better because the cars were stars. They garnered just as much respect as any of the actors. Now they have just become props to be destroyed.

Maybe 7 will be better but I doubt it.

My thoughts exactly, Awesome movie, but I was disappointed they didn't focus much on the cars, it was about action and the story line. Still a good movie, but the cars didn't take on their own personalities like the other movies.

I left brain matter on the theatre walls at the final scene in Tokyo.

Im trying to figure out how that killed her? They were only 8-10 feet off the ground, and not moving fast enough to be blown off the cars, so I don't see how she wouldn't have some chance of survival? At least enough that they would drive back and look at least?!

Plus she saved someone that was already dead in the series. Bad trade off!

I saw that coming because she wasn't around for Tokyo Drift and Han always looked like he was missing a part of his life in that movie. I looked her too :(

Yes they did, the original death was chance but now it's been retconned into an intentional crash.

Spoiler Alert:How do you know it was bad luck? He got t-boned in an intersection. That is the same. Jason then exits the Mercedes and walks on the back side of the crash. That is, the side opposite from Sean and the girl. So they just want you to accept that he has passed out of sight before Sean approaches the car and it explodes. In the preview scene, he is well past the car when it blows.

Shouldn't this be in the OT anyway?
