Slow car trying to get away from the police. Even if you have a fast car, shouldn't try to run. I'd imagine the only reason to run is if you're a convicted felon with warrants out for your arrest or something...

This one is local to me. I hope it is not one of the guys that I have met at meets. Hopefully, both he and the guy he hit make a full recovery.
