Hey friends,
Our Spring 2013 Meet at Lake Del Valle Park was a big success! I believe we had over 60 cars join us this time. Thank you JR for organizing this event. :thumbup:

I got some decent video but parts are jumpy. Learning the new Go Pro 3. I will put something together and post it up.

Thanks everyone for the good times today.
New memories were definitely made today, from Drew stopping for the rooster crossing the road during the first half of the drive, to capturing the bee that somehow got into my car while we were on the drive....

I'm already looking forward to the next meet!

That first shot was from the opposite end from the front where the sponsors were. Took it after I parked and got out of my car.

Speed is OK, cannot go too fast on Hamilton down hill anyway, rather safe and enjoy beautiful scene to end the day.

Hi everyone! another successful event for Norcal Owners Club

First, i would like to thank everyone who came. We had a total of 61 cars! A new club record

Special thanks for all those who helped out to make this event possible.

A biiiiigggggg thank you to Eric @mkiisupra who cooked and manned the BBQ pit. To Plato @PMok , Bryan @BigFatFlip, Rick @crouchingpinoy and the rest of the scouting and cooking team, thank you very much!

heheh just a friendly little competition for best amateur videos. I've learned a few tricks from ya buddy. ;)

as I was telling Romie today, disappointed that I didn't have my rear-facing camera on for the return trip on Mines Rd... we had an epic drive there most of the way with @tintumz22, @frsguy707, @86_ZN6, and @buhawii. Until we came up on that slow Jetta. But I did have the front-facing camera going... ;)

OMG plato that run going back was awesome! my girlfriend was riding shotgun in romie's car and she loved it

Sorry I had to run early, would have been nice to do the return trip with a group. @SC David did catch up to me and we ended doing a "brisk" cruise back to Livermore. Hope I didn't slow you down too much David :thumbsup:

Yeah it was an awesome drive back @PMok! what??!! It's not on? hahaha! (Hope that I was not tailgating you or something man.) It was hella fun though!

My bad @86_ZN6 and @frsguy707 if i was late not really got my schedule right and intact. personal stuff.

Anyway, it was hella fun! Thanks to all organizers and sponsors! That was an epic drive back! I was the tail of the group, and I think a few turns in we completely lost the TC that was behind me. Not sure if he intentionally backed off or what, but we sure set a good pace! Also, why did everyone go left back towards del Valle when we got back to livermore? Mike pulled up next to me and we were both like, where are they going? Haha. Also quite funny, my girlfriend is a car narcoleptic, she actually fell asleep on Mines road! Never expected that to happen.
