Hey Guys,

I have an OEM Audio Plus 400 subwoofer enclosure with subwoofer, amp, and wiring harness up for sale. I put it up for auction on Ebay but am offering it cheaper on the form. I'm not sure what the input will require or if you can just use RCA's and the stock pre-outs. If you have any questions let me know. Thanks.

Showing minor scuff from UPS. Previous form users have also reported bad handling during shipping. When installed it's not really noticeable.

So you're selling your brand new sub/enclosure/amp from the OEM audio + 400 series for $300? I'll take it.

No I'm selling the enclosure/subwoofer/subwoofer amp (not the DSP) all together.

Good question! It's because I want the DSP and I want to be able to buy the rest of the OEM Audio Plus kit (other speakers) when it becomes available this summer. Basically, I want the whole system except I want custom subs. Might be a little costly but I know it will be a great system without major modifications. :)

Edit:
Plus, I only paid $975 for the OEM Audio Plus kit and DSP aren't cheap (especially one that is configured for your specific car).

Well as long as you got a plan, me personally I invested in JL Audio C5's and an amp with custom sub/amp and it sounds incredible for prob the same cost as your plan. To each their own, good luck with that system bro!

I looked at the option to use JL audio or Alpine for an upgraded system; however, the OEM Audio setup is pretty impressive. Also, it falls under factory warranty, has guranteed results, and doesn't require a shop if the car needs modifications. I'll have to keep everyone posted on how this setup works and possible pricing when finshed.

And Thanks! :)

bump...updated info

Jive Turkey 06-03-2013 01:08 AM

so everything is still for sale then?

NorCalGirl 06-03-2013 06:56 PM

Will this fit if I have Cusco's rear strut bar?

shiro 06-18-2013 07:24 AM

Yes, I still have this for sale. I reduced the price to $335 w/ shipping included if you are in the continental US.

I'm not sure if it will work with the Cusco's strut bar but I'm guessing OEM Audio Plus took that into consideration.

Bump...Price dropped to $300 shipped if within the US.

What would I need to buy to complete this kit? And is this the kit for the FRS, BRZ or what?

Very interested.

This subwoofer is made for the FR-S, BRZ and GT 86. It uses the dead space in the trunk and is easy to remove on race days. I'd say it weighs about 20 lbs.

All that is left to complete this kit would be the Digital Sound Processor (DSP), full wiring harness, and upgraded tweeters. The full kit cost 1199.99 at OEM Audio Plus. Pretty much the sub and sub amp alone are worth 50% of that IMO. It's pretty nice. Let me know if you want to work something out.

shiro 08-14-2013 11:45 AM

Price dropped to 290 Shipped in the USA (except Hawaii, Alaska, etc.).

abutterman 08-14-2013 12:44 PM

can this be installed without the rest of the kit?

YES, When I talked to the OEM Audio Plus Engineers before putting this up for sale they said it can be. The amp has it's own wire with fuse that is long enough to run to the battery. Then there is a ground cable wired in too. The only thing would be connecting the amp's input wires to the preouts of the radio unit.

Though, I'm not sure if the amp will need a line output converter to bring the preouts up to 10v versus 2v. But these are as cheap as $10-40 depending on the brand.
