As you may or may not have realized, today is April fools day. The one day a year it's socially acceptable to be a total douche bag. This was my surprise this morning.

I didn't realize the SWP BRZs had a yellowish pearlcoat

no thankfully no damage. it was cold and damp last night so it didn't bake on it like it would in the heat. came off with warm soapy water and no scratches. still unbelievably pissed. if i knew who did it i would go over to there house and have a nice word with their parents. 100% chance its some teenager.

I live in brand new development and most people haven't even moved in. I was parked on the street directly in front of my front door. Of the people that have moved in to the neighborhood, I am friendly with all of them.

Happened to my other car , egg won't hurt the paint especially on the colder days ... But I would break their hand if I catch them ! They need a lesson for that !

i try not to park my cars on the street at my house, ive notice that cars get vandalized more often if the car is parked on the street than on the driveway

Well after closer inspection after work there seems to be some paint damage from the impact of the egg and a small paint chip. Hopefully something that a little touch up paint and TLC will take care of. I filed a police report and found out that the kids hit four cars up the road from my place and the first call came in around quarter after midnight last night

I really don't want to deal with insurance but if that's what it will take then so be it..

Yea April Fools is a day when you "fool" someone, not vandalize their property. That's more of a mischief night thing. :evil:

Ah I hate stuff like this, nothing boils my blood quite like seeing pointless vandalism and theft. It's times like these that I wish karma was quick to deliver.
