I also agree with Long's estimate on the price. Even in STI form, a mid 30s BRZ would be a hard sell for me. I doubt I'd want it with so many other options to consider in that price range, unless it seriously jacks up the fun factor I think I'd rather go used Cayman/Cayman S at that price point.

I dont know man, Im not rly digging any of those spoilers. I think they are too big. I do like the small spoiler that the white TRD has though.

They would have to up the hp on the STI to over 300 drop 100lbs and keep it under 35 for me to even entertain the idea of waiting.

I'd be fine with only 40-50hp more honestly. But it would have to drop to 2600lbs while still keeping AC and some form of an audio system (but a more basic one obviously).

I honestly don't have any faith in Subaru doing so. I expect them to go one of two ways:

1. Turbo and power, plus 100-200lbs ADDED minimum.
2. Same power (or very slight bump), 50-75lbs less.

Both having bigger brakes, stiffer suspension, aero bits, etc.

Yep, and yet they won't give us a price. lol

What if instead of dropping the weight they just made the seat heaters warmer?

I could do that myself by increasing the voltage. Might start a fire, but heck then my butt would be really toasty!!!! :)

If you look back at this history of auto racing I believe the first fire suits were developed by Sparco to combat this very problem.

Either way it goes, You're gonna be very warm ;)
