Thank you!

Dark 01-12-2012 02:17 AM

Great find, thanks.

CSSM 01-12-2012 02:19 AM

Nice to see what comes in each package! Great find

Hachi 01-12-2012 02:21 AM

Nice find, thanks heaps

Brz 2762lbs ~ 1255.5kg and that pretty much premium packaged

Hope the 86 is different as in lower

chulooz 01-12-2012 02:22 AM

Great post, thanks. No mention of steering wheel control options?

Dave-ROR 01-12-2012 02:47 AM

Nice find!! God I hate the optional chrome trim lol. Maybe the steering wheel controls are optional. Who knows.

ayau 01-12-2012 02:55 AM

I hope we can remove the turn signals (above the fog lights) without leaving any holes. It really doesn't flow well with the extra lights imo.

Giccin 01-12-2012 03:00 AM

So does that mean you can have leather as an addon?!

The note says "available on BRZ limited only. "

So I'd take that as a no.

Stigmaru 01-12-2012 03:04 AM

I just want auto start, keyless entry, and fog light =(

and I want to know where the extra 72 pounds came from!

00NissanNinja 01-12-2012 03:13 AM

Nice Find, thanks  I could definitely be satisfied with a BRZ premium depending what it costs.

If you look at this photo first:
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/pictu...&pictureid=368

You'll notice that the little "1"

is also on:

http://www.ft86club.com/forums/pictu...&pictureid=367

BAH I say! BAH! :(

dreams slowly being eaten away by the lack of options monster

ashtray 01-12-2012 03:17 AM

Nice!

According to the picture, center of gravity is 18" off the ground which is half the rim size. Didn't realize the car was riding on 36" rims!

Also to note - push button start, no controls on steering wheel.

Caveat about the the no controls. If you look at the last picture, it merely states that this is the current available information since this brochure was published. Anything can be changed I guess at this point :/

ayau 01-12-2012 03:19 AM

I'm curious to see the climate control system of the Premium model. It should be the same as the FR-S but we haven't seen a single non-limited BRZ pic yet.

If you look at options on base WRX vs premium and limited you can see this is standard for Subaru.

Trust me, I did lol. This brochure mainly continues to dash my hopes. The only thing I can hope for is a slightly lower than expected price (which is also sorta slim)

00NissanNinja 01-12-2012 03:33 AM

Although now I feel like the premium model still has too many things I rather not pay for. Wellz in the end I guess it just depends on if the price is reasonable.

poormans_LFA 01-12-2012 03:36 AM

love the read stitching on the seats and steering wheel. all this talk of stop/start is hurting me eyes. gotta get my hands on one of these brochures.

Hey giccin did you see that it comes with a short throw shifter!! Should be a while before you go aftermarket. :p

On another note I want to see what these "clothed" seats look like. They better not be horrible :/ and they still better come with red stitching.

Also looks like both premium and limited get the same 17inch wheels. One wheel style means more saved money for Subaru. Still makes me wonder why the stamp inside the door says 16 inch in that other thread

Awww. :( Oh well. Lol

Going to be getting the 2014 version.

Thanks for throwing a rock in my face Dave!!

LE-GOSH! :bonk:

Yea I saw that!

Now I won't need to get a short shifter! lol

So it will balance out when the driver sits in the car.

What?

MRZ415 01-12-2012 05:17 AM

really like the Grey color BRZ premium ... I typically like FOGs((I live in SF and its foggy))
but I think the BRZ looks better with-out the fog .. and the rear spoiler for that matter.

Less is More in my opinion ... it looks more Clean

Tsinoy 01-12-2012 06:32 AM

swweeeeett

ZetaVI 01-12-2012 07:41 AM

Thanks alot. I like what the Premium offers.

Boil 01-12-2012 08:13 AM

People… ?!? Too unreliable, try sandbags strapped in the back seats for weight distribution…! ;^p

NorCalRider 01-12-2012 09:49 AM

Thanks for posting. That grey is gorgeous.

Zaku 01-12-2012 10:13 AM

Toyota and Subaru said 53/47 WITH two front seat occupants so it's 55/45 without anyone in the car.

NumbersGuy 01-12-2012 10:32 AM

I am already seeing myself in a Dark Gray Metallic Limited BRZ and I already have the name picked out, lol, I know, that's corny! :)

Zaku 01-12-2012 10:44 AM

That Dark Gray Metallic looks Like it's Black, I guess that's one of it's selling points. I hope it's not as hard to take care of as Black, I've never owned a dark shade of color for a car before. When will we get to see it in Red I think that's the last color missing that we haven't seen.

I don't think it is actually that dark, I believe that picture is shot in kind of a shadow. So at night it will proabably look black, but in daylight, it will be lighter I am thinking.

Dave-ROR 01-12-2012 11:26 AM

Let's never again complain about people taking images from here and removing the source when we do the same thing.... not very professional for whoever is doing that.

M-17 01-12-2012 12:14 PM

Just when I thought they might slip up and reveal the pricing in this brochure.
