GTS interior trim for GT owners
 

Hi guys, just wanted to share some info for any of you guys with GT spec cars wanting to 'upgrade' their interior to look like the GTS. Well, not quite fully GTS spec, but at least here are some pieces which you can buy and swap over very easily, and doesn't break the bank. Mine arrived yesterday:

I bought these from Amayama Japan, and all up including express shipping was just under $300. They're genuine OEM parts.

The part numbers are:
1) Dash panel LHS (above glovebox): SU00301933
2) Dash panel RHS (radio surround): SU00301911
3) Door handle trim LHS: SU00303269
4) Door handle trim RHS: SU00303268
5) Knee pad trim LHS: SU00301930
6) Knee pad trim RHS: SU00301929
7) Gearshift panel: SU00303191
8) Traction control button: SU00302484
9) Aircond ring bezel x 2: SU00301916

You could probably sell off your stock ones to all the North Americans, who are looking for black pieces.

why would you want the GT parts when the GTS pieces look better and probably cost the same.

because plenty of people think the silver looks cheap and tacky... black on black FTW

Yea but probably easier to sell locally to some GTS owners who prefer black-on-black :D Anyway PM me if anyone's interested, but you'd gotta wait awhile coz my car is still few months away lol

It will look just like how it appears in the GTS, as they're the exact OEM parts. Shipping took approx 1 week

Speaker covers (2 parts, epc doesn't say which is the grille or silver ring so here are the parts):

SU003-03286 RH

SU003-04432 RH
SU003-04433 LH

Speaker cover screws (apparently you need 6 extra screws for the split grilles, 3 per side)
SU003-02917 x6

Centre knee pads:
SU003-01920 LH
SU003-01919 RH

@Fizz how did you find the part numbers? I'm trying to look for a part number for the left door window (small one near the mirror) as it needs replacing, but the epc parts website doesnt have any info for the 86.

This is also my opinion. I'll be looking to replace the tacky silver bits in my BRZ with black when it arrives.

If anyone makes a black steering wheel trim I'm mad keen.

I wouldn't mind trying to get part numbers for the Jap seats. I love one of the cloth look ones with the brown and black... I think those look nice. Also if you want to offload your interior trim panels (radio surround and bezel panel) let me know if you want reasonable money-- I wouldn't mind preparing them to paint pearl white for a matched look.

Does anyone know the part numbers for the equivalent dash panel part numbers for BRZ? Or will SU00301933 and SU00301911 slot right in my 2013 BRZ? Thanks guys!

All the interior trim pieces are interchangeable with any 86 and BRZ model

Just curious, but have you asked the Spare Parts Dept at the dealer for the numbers?

I have, but they are unhelpful. The one I called up wouldnt go out of his way to find part numbers. Do you have by any chance? :)
