The activity in our area is pretty dismal. We need to show more excitement in this part of the forum.

Im a couple states under you guys and mine is dead also so, Imma chill in 2 places. I'll drive up for your meets. XD

Yeah where are all the east coast fans at? Feels like ghost region! I want to make a Jersey FR-S buddy!

This part of the region should be blazing with more excited fans. There are many from here but haven't participated in this part of the forum.

Any of you guys going at be at the Philly Auto show for that BRZ? I might have to make my way up was wondering if anyone is gonna be around there and what day.

Werd me too. I want to sit in an FR-S, or maybe just see it in person.

Aww well I'll see if I can make the trip up, it's the same day as DC and if there's a BRZ at DC which is on the same dates, then no point in going up there. Even if there's an FRS here there's no point to go up to see it for me it's the same car.

Would me worth it and fun to go up and meet with the Club members for a cheese steak.

I'm pretty sure I'll go to the NY auto show to see the FR-S.

Until they are on the road why get all hyped up about them? I think tristaters are more doers rather than fanboys. Once they are here we will have a meet at our shop as we plan to buy one to test and get familiar with so we can provide the best service, maintenance and support for you guys.

Hey everyone, another fan here, looking at probably getting the FR-S, I am in the Harrisburg area of PA, but currently serving a tour in Afghanistan till around the release date, I have been keeping up as much as I can with news as I am hoping to get this car before I move to my next duty station. Hopefully it will be April-May time frame to make me happy.

Ok ladies & gents, I came up with two names so far for our area group... 1st is Metro-86. This can be used for all the states with in this thread. 2nd is more for Tri-State area, Tri-86. Let know what u think & ill start drawing some ideas for it. If you have any name suggestions please let me know asap. If my fellow New Jersey people wanna do suttin for NJ let me know.

I'm in the same boat dude, except im stuck in South Korea for another 18 months... Hopefully I'll be able to make some car meets when I take leave/PCS. Excited to see the aftermarket boom for this amazing car.
