Installed these on my Frs a few days back and posted them on here. My indox has been blowing up since then with people asking for part # and a DIY. I put these videos together from videos taken on different days hope they help. Any questions feel free to ask.

NICE! Siked to see someone finally do this.
Did you ever consider wiring it to the fuse box? I feel a bit uncomfortable wiring it straight to the battery. |

About how much time did this take for you?
|
Juanito08, sorry but I am confused. What is the purpose of wiring the green wire to the side maker light? Also with the wire you ran through the firewall into the interior what did you connect it to make the fog lights to be controlled by the light stalk? Did you install a new light stalk?
Do your fog lights turn on every time the parking/headlights are turned on? Did you not use a toggle switch to be able to turn the fog lights on and off independently? Thanks |

I can't find anything good right now, there was a thread long ago that showed everything you'd need to turn a USDM FRS into a JDM 86 and that had a better picture if I recall correctly. You can kind of make it out here. It's next to the mirror adjustment knob. http://static.autoexpress.co.uk/site...t-86-trd-3.jpg |
Nooo why you have to go and do this!
My sister is in Europe right now and I was goin to get here to mass buy me fog lught bezels so I can makekits and sell them. Damn you! Good job tho haha |

I know sounds crazy but right after I signed up for amayama website my email account got hacked. Are there anyone else that can confirm the website as well as being legit. Also yahoo just got hit for 400 mil account hacked maybe I was luckily one of them when I signed up for amayama
|
I haven't had any problems yet, and I signed up a week ago. I ordered the bezels a few days ago, and got confirmation of my order yesterday, so I paid. Good so far (fingers crossed).

Edit, if you made this yourself you wouldn't even need to go into the fire wall. Fyi but I'm sure you already knew that ;) |
@Juanito08 do you happen to have a wiring diagram?
|
Thanks again for the DIY. Just installed the fog lights today but haven't had time to wire them up yet. I have a bit of a gap between the light housing and bezel and was wondering if anyone else's is like this. There's a gap on both sides. Took me a bit to get all the clips into place correctly but they're in securely
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/pictu...pictureid=3669 Other then the gap I'm happy with the look and will be happier when I finish wiring it all up. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/pictu...pictureid=3670 Terrible phone pics ftw! |

They are probably upside down, I didn't pay too much attention to the orientation and just temporarily put them in to see how it'd look, but good eye :) |
