Any info from Detroit Auto Show?
 

My boss here at work headed up to Detroit to the show, I asked him to check by Subaru and see if any info on the 2014 model. Anyone else checked it out and if so - any info that we already don't know about? :)

No new Subie on the floor - just one Limited BRZ, Scion had 3 different cars on display, one with the 5-axis kit. Pics here if you are curious: https://plus.google.com/photos/10476...36972159204913

How about the Philadelphia show? It ends this Sunday and I was thinking of going down on Saturday.

I apoligize. I had intended to go to the Detroit Auto Show today, Thursday, but have had to defer to tomorrow, Friday. I will be leaving very early tomorrow and will take my Sony SLR digital 35 mm camera. If anyone has any special requeasts let me know today.

I was there yesterday and this is correct.

I see you're in Dublin. I used to live in Hilliard a few years ago. Still have a house in Columbus but am up in Michigan for the time being (job at GM).

Yup - grew up around here (in Worthington) and never left.... although with days like today I wish I moved south! (my BRZ is stuck in the garage, the old Civic SI came out to play in the snow :) )

One whiteout FR-S and one BRZ in WRB. One more WRB BRZ with tint in the back corner at a tint company's booth. Each car bone stock.

The Philadelphia show was very disappointing this year.

My boss said pretty much nothing going on new. Scion had 3 FR-S at show we had 1 WRB BRZ premium with spoiler.

When I walked by, I wanted to feel the weight of the aluminum hood (very nice! felt like my FC), but the hood prop rod came right out in my hand. Either it's not very secure, or people were ****ing with it too much. Made for an awkward couple moments.

What car is this?

I am not sure. There was a line-up of about six very high end concept cars before one walks into the main hall of the show. Brands included, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Lamborghini and a few others.

WOW..night and day compared to the Philly show, but they did have the 2014 Forester on display
