BRZ price question?

Is the white Subaru BRZ marked up an extra grand like the white FR-S?

86BRZ 01-06-2013 05:38 PM

Not on the sticker as far as I know. Pretty much all the color are the same price per Subaru web site. That said, in CA, dealers are marking up on any color any price they like with any or no reason.

He's asking about the BRZ, not the FRS (which is $220 more, not $300).

All BRZ colors are the same price.

Really it is in the US?? It's not in Canada...strange. The FRS whiteout is though.

No, it's not. SWP on the BRZ is the same price as any other color. It does not cost extra like it does on the Scion.

Jaylyons1 01-06-2013 08:56 PM

That's a Toyota thing. They do it with all theirs cars. >.<

Nope, white is not an extra charge. Attached is a portion of the MSRP for my Satin White BRZ

But the person asking the question is from the US. Did you know that they pay $160,000 for a Ford Raptor in China?

That's what I figured.

Khazzy 01-06-2013 11:31 PM

Nope it is the same price. With the Extras I got for my SWP BRZ, I paid 28599 in Nebraska.

Subie 01-06-2013 11:40 PM

Wow the difference in price between a white manual FR-S and a white manual BRZ premium is only $760 where I live...the BRZ really seems like a much better value.

chenshuo 01-07-2013 08:48 AM

For a lot of car makers, white is always a premium color. Price for a white BRZ is the same with all other colors, but when i bought my altima coupe my white altima coupe was $300 more than other colors.

Ya, I was going to pull the trigger on a white BRZ limited, but there is a $5000 markup :confused0068:

You might as well get a impreza wrx sti for that money! He said he would negotiate on it but still $5000:barf:

DBacon1052 01-07-2013 06:25 PM

Thanks for the help guys
