looking super cleaning, i like it!

wgnzlz 01-05-2013 08:27 AM

Looks amazing!

Would these fit without coilovers?

nix 01-05-2013 09:23 AM

I think the fronts would have inner clearance issues without narrow springs. Added another pic to the OP.

Beyer Subaru 01-05-2013 09:48 AM

Money! Thanks for sharing the pics.

RL_BRZ 01-05-2013 11:23 AM

How was the handling of the car right now? compare to stock wheels?

VSGTS14 01-05-2013 11:24 AM

classic. awesome.

JoeBoxer 01-05-2013 11:43 AM

Man the color combo is just perfect, i have the same wheels in 8.5" in gun blue on my whiteout and i kind of wish i had got mine done in gold too. Trying something new again but this is my favorite BRZ on the forum right now.

ICantAffordAnLFA 01-05-2013 12:00 PM

DriftEightSix 01-05-2013 05:33 PM

Amazing!!!

Acree 01-06-2013 02:20 AM

Looks fantastic. Why not try to fill the tires out more and match the wheel width? Do you think 255 or 265 would fit?

-Acree

Metabrz 01-06-2013 04:32 AM

So much win. Thanks for posting.

SC David 01-07-2013 12:15 AM

Wow. This is the best looking BRZ/FRS I've seen yet. Looks seriously good as is, I wouldn't change a thing. Funny how nice wheels and a drop set this car off perfectly.

lavisxice 01-07-2013 12:21 AM

not about ur nice ASSS WHEELS but what kinda exhaust is that?

Similar to stock but far more grip.

I wanted a square fitment and didn't want any wider than 245 on the front. At the back it would be fine. I'm not really sure about the front inner clearance depends on which coils, which tyre brand and how much camber you want to run. Also how you get your camber. If you use pillow balls to do it from the top of strut it should be ok but if you slam it and use crash bolts it could scrub.

That is very humbling. I don't agree though!! Some of the ft86 here are amazing :) It's not a competition I just take my own path and hopefully some ppl enjoy the result.

It's a full Perrin unresonated system. There's more info on my car in my build thread.

Jade 86 01-09-2013 02:50 PM

looks good!

Oh Damn Andrew 01-11-2013 10:21 PM

Wow, that's good. I'd love to see these on a white FR-S or BRZ

koyv90 01-29-2013 08:37 PM

why do you have more rear camber on the back and its tucked? Is it for looks or does this actually help with the performance?

Btown 01-29-2013 08:46 PM

 looks beautiful on the WR Pearl Blue

eddieEndo 02-05-2014 03:32 PM

fito68 12-27-2014 10:35 PM

So without coils this setup will rub in the front?

9.5 widths will rub without modifying suspension, yes.

Cannot decide between these and TE37SLs, $1400 vs $2700 for the set, is this good enough for half the price?

This is entirely up to you, to me I'd rather take that $1,300 and put it elsewhere. I think these look just as good (sometimes I think they look better) as the TE's. They're heavier but not a heavy wheel for the size.

Yes. Basically a matte gray color with a slight blue tint/hue in certain lighting
