Met up with Fizzle real quick earlier. Finally got a chance to throw this car at some curves on Sharp Park Blvd in Pacifica. The stock tires load up SUPER easily, and it's cool to have the limit of grip be almost within the bounds of the speed limit. Can't wait to auto-x this thing on its crappy tires.

AutoX was AWFUL on the stock tires. It's not even fun.

I'd imagine it'd get old after the first time out, but I'd still like to give it a go. I figure as long as I'm not doing it ultra competitively, that it'd be a fun time to slide around. What specifically did you not like about auto-x-ing on stock tires?

Haha, fair enough. I suppose I'll have to experience the mega fail of the Prius sport tires first hand. My impression of them on the street is that they are a bit loud and hard, and while grip levels are not great by any measure, the limits of the tires allow you to have a good amount of fun in the car without carrying tons of speed, ie; getting into lots of trouble. A closed event will no doubt give me a different opinion of them.
