Finding that right spoiler for my car....
 

So I have an ultramarine FR-S. And in my opinion it just seems a lot harder to modify in terms of the exterior.

I'm debating if I want the Seibon Carbon Fiber spoiler, Carsmo, or that lux motion spoiler.


My b-day is coming up, so I figured I want to treat myself with a spoiler =D.

Any other spoilers out there that you guys would suggest?

I'm generally not a fan of spoilers at all but i do like that one, i wonder about rear visibility though. The new Stillen one is pretty nice too but might be a little milder than what you are looking for.

I like the TRD or 5AD the best.

I was in the same boat and considering the exact same. I ended up buying the Seibon. Looks stock and not tacked on.

You got a pic? Did you paint the carbon fiber? How much did you get it for?

I don't like spoilers either that stick out. I want one that molds into it or blends in.

5 axis is the best in my opinion.

you planning to paint it or just stick it on as is? I keep debating between the 5AD, and the Seibon SN... not sure I want all that CF on the trunk with nothing else matching it, but if I'm going to paint it, I think it will look just like the 5AD spoiler painted, so I might as well get the cheaper 5AD.

Get the Seibon AG spoiler and then post pics so I know what it looks like from different angles because I want to buy it.

Going to paint it. Not sure if I'll leave any carbon showing. I already have a carbon thing going with another car.

That's the thing, what's the point of getting a carbon fiber spoiler if it's just gonna be match painted?

That's my problem with this ultramarine. In a white or asphalt, this carbon fiber will look great.

I pick up my Seibon parts today, I bought the SN Style rear spoiler, the roof spoiler and the TS style CF hood. Now i just gotta get the hood painted and I'll be set!

I think that INGS piece is the whole trunk, not 100% sure though.

I don't think so, it is expensive though i think around $6-700.

I am personally a HUGE fan of the trunk lips for this car... I do like the stock wing that comes on the BRZ limited, but I personally like the lips a lot more. Looks more timeless IMO :).

That seibon lip spoiler looks good. But I have to say it's something that doesn't fit my interest for my FRS. I'm prolly looking for that duck mouth kinda feel.

If I were to go for seibon trunk, I might as well get the carbon fiber trunk from Aerojacket.

Lux-motion won't release theirs until April or May.


I wonder if there are any companies that's working on one where I can rock theirs =P. I am in Long Beach exposed by a bunch of people, and I do go to a lot of meets :popcorn:

I just bought the Carsmo spoiler. I love the look and its not too big or intrusive and even better, the price is great!! I'm having it painted by a local body shop before installing although some people may prefer the carbon look.
