am i the only one that dosent like the signal lights above the fog lights??!!

Aesthetically I see nothing wrong with it, it's obviously personal preference. They may change based on different countries safety regulations regarding turn signals.

true but if i decide to buy it ill tint it because i really dont like it, but im hoping that when they reveal it at the tokyo show it looks verry deffrent then this like a more agresseive look..

I think the fog lights are the round lights under those..

I think the sidemarker on the fender is worse than the signal light above the fogs.

I think it's only fair to start the dislikes when it's debut @ the TMS.

I'd prefer that the signal lights be integrated into the headlight housing, but I really don't mind this either.

I think BRZ turn signal is better? it is the stripe under headlight integrated to the front bumper, isn't it?

i totaly agree on that one, i like the BRZ more but im sticking to toyota.
i just hope all these new scans are all false and there just messing with us until the tokyo show dont you think? In my my head this is going to be my 2013 supra lol

The BRZ signal is pretty slick.

+1 on waiting until after TMS before deciding what's not to like on either of the cars.

I used to think the stripe was used as DRL and the turn signal was integrated into the headlight (closest to the badge area), but since they've added that C-shaped tubing around the main headlight, I'm thinking the tubing would be the DRL and the turn signals are the stripe.

What do you mean the TRD one is better? It's just an aero kit, the body remains the same.

I really hated the tear-drop / Necklace thing the lights were doing in the concept car, happy to see its not in the production model. I'm more concerned about cost and size, as a 6'4" male, I hate it when I can't sit correctly in a car because the ceiling is too low.

Every thing is perfect with me, except the dual exhaust, and the altezza style rear tail lights

Not a fan of one exhaust for every 2 cylinders? ;)

Edit: btw, are you the same guy who used to have a red ae86 in Dubai and moved to the us around 2 years ago?

Only issue I have with the car is the bolt pattern. :(

If the above is what you want there is a solution:

1) Buy FT-86.

2) Send car to your favorite bodykit maker along with pictures of the Concept front and rear ends.

3) Tell them to "make it like this!" and go home.

4) ????????

5) Profit.

God I had forgotten how ugly the concept was. I like some of the lines but I hated the look.

Unfortunately, that's the way the game goes: either pay to play or have the skills/experience to do it yourself.

At some point though an aftermarket company may make a bodykit that resembles the Concept II but I think you're more likely to see kits that replicate the MK I or MK III (FR-S) concepts.

The Ft is essentially this car with a much more refined front and rear end, and refined in a good way :)

I favor the FRS over the BRZ. Just feels it flows a lot better and doesn't look like other cars when you turn to certain angles.

I would love to see an FR-S concept body kit for the car. Big $$$, but such a great looking car!

I am 6 foot 2 and I fit good in a 350Z...with a lot of extra space. I should have no problem in the FRS.

And yeah, the FRS is way better looking than the BRZ...plus it has a better sounding name....BRZ is just a sucky name....

Now if it was FRZ.......and not BRZ.

You know what...Toyota should have released this as a lexus....Lexus FRS...the Baby LFA....LMAO!

Lol I completely forgot about how the MKII concept looked like, my subconscious must have made me forget about how ugly it was, no offence to anyone who likes the MKII.

But back on point, I'm glad they didn't decide to bring that row of LED lights from the MKII. They looked like a sad attempt at trying to imitate the R8. This is Toyota not Hyundai >_>

Another thing that bugs me is how they carried over those dumb altezza tail lights from the MKII. Who else thinks the MKI has the best taillights? The MKI's taillights are true to their heritage, it reminds you of the AE86. MKIII was ok, since it wasn't altezza style and it still had little rectangles instead of circles.

TOYOTA WHY YOU NO MAKE FT86 LOOK LIKE AE86!!! I really hope they will change their minds and go with the MKI taillights again but I highly doubt it. Guys we should petition this for the FR-S!

Huh? The Mk.ii tails were way better than the crap we're getting. The production tails are much shinier/chrome-ier and frankly, the shape of them is hideous. I would much rather have had the tails from any of the concepts, especially the ones on the BRZ STI.

The taillights we have right now were inspired from the MKII, notice how MKII was the only one with circular brake lights? Then they went further down that path and made the circle huge and added more chrome.

It's like the designers were like:
Designer A: "Hey, we should totally combine a circle and a rectangle together"
Designer B: "Why would we do that?"
Designer A: "Cause the MKII had circles and the original AE-86 has rectangles!"
Designer B: "Omg, and we're gonna have to add more chrome. Everyone's gonna love it!"

Guess what? Nobody likes it >_>

IMO, the MK2 and the Five Axis concepts were too overdone and didn't look good at all.
