Subaru BRZ Chop *Updated with full body chop*
 

Hey guys, I did a pretty rough chop of the BRZ, to give us a better view of it.

Lemme know what you guys think?

I thought there was a vent right above the bumper?

I honestly don't think it's a vent, I think its the shadow.

I agree. Someone needs to shop this front end onto the rest of the car... or I guess I could just wait another week for LA.

This is the production version though, they're only showing the concept at LA.

They are showing the STi concept in LA we need to wait for Tokyo for Production

Interesting to see the different color; it puts the black grille work in perspective.

A vent? Where are you looking? Subaru/Toyota have already promised the sheetmetal between cars will be identical.

Well, technically, bumpers consist of a plastic cover over a reinforcement bar made of steel, aluminum, fiberglass composite, or plastic. :bellyroll: Buuuut, yeah I doubt that's a vent lol.

I love it! Can you put the sti wing on your chop? Like the one raced at the ring a couple weeks ago.

K, I had to run out for a small emergency, but when I return ill finish it up and add some touches, and attempt a spoiler lol.

sorry id join in, but im installing windows 7 on my desktop for x64 since i just got 8 gigs of memory the other day. When i reinstall PS ill be sure to bring some fun.

not feeling the brz, just doesn't seem to flow in the design. The whole car is sleek, smooth and classy but the front end has all these jagged "squared" off vents which doesn't seem to go along well with the rest of the body.

ft86 has smooth flowing design from front to rear...

^ well you gotta see the car in its entirety. So far we have only seen the front. and judging by the BRZ STI Concept, we can say for sure that the car will have different front bumper/side steps/rear bumper/quarter panel/trunk/taillights/headlights over the FRS.

So lets not make the mistake that the BRZ design will have poor fluidity.

I'm actually liking the BRZ.
I'm surprised Subaru didn't follow the new UGLY Subaru brand image.
I'm afraid the next gen will be pretty ugly!

The OP's chop has the headlight lower and so looks more aggressive. Couldn't get the proportion down for the lower grill, but here's a slightly cleaned up chop.

Yeah join on in WoW, and don't worry, do what you can whenever you could.

I taught my self how to use Photoshop so I'm not the best best out there. Thanks to tutorial and tips from pros, I manage to do some chops. So whenever you have the opportunity, you do it. Thanks again for the tip on how to change colors to white lol.

Amazing chop. Kudos! Now I really can't decide between the FR-S and the BRZ. Was slightly favoring the FR-S's front but now I like them both equally if the real BRZ looks exactly like this chop.
