Awesome. How long was that time lapse video in real time? I'm seriously considering ordering one of those. I think they add a lot to the look of the car.

Sloober 11-02-2012 03:24 AM

I'd say it took about an hour. The timelapse was one frame every 2 seconds, but I messed with the footage to make it fit the song. That was being extremely careful not to screw it up. The center paper template is almost useless so we paid attention to the ends the most. The spoiler is very solid and after the install feels like it's bolted on.

I put mine on (finally!) two weeks ago. Took a little less than an hour and was pretty easy with the supplied instructions.

for those who installed this, did you guys only use the adhesive promoter? the instructions with the spoiler doesn't mention using polyurethane sealant.

The adhesive promoter comes with the kit. I will be installing mine on Tuesday. Weather permitting. There is no sealant in the instructions or kit

Right. Just read too many instances where tape isn't enough to secure it. Along with tape, others are using sealant as well. Just wanted to see if everyone's just using the supplied stuff when installing.

Hmmmm. I wonder if that is why they gave 2 promoters with the kit? instructions say I should only have one.

this was taken from the 5ad site for the spoiler install:
