ARK performance Grip exhaust
 

Just got my ARK performance exhaust today and I'm loving it. The Grip system with the test pipe is a perfect neutral/aggressive system. Feels very smooth with some great performance gains. I feel the exhaust with my other upgrades amplify each other. For others who are in the market for an exhaust system I highly recommend this set up.

Also you should checkout their team ARK sticker its pretty cool and not too much money.

Where did y'all order from. I ordered mine from modsbargain haven't received yet.

Don't think they have been shipped because I seen a stack of orders that need to be sent out. I helped ARK performance with R&D and been dealing with them direct.

Just got my exhaust and went straight to the shop. If your thinking about getting it stop thinking and just do it. Videos do it no justice. nicest deep roar I have heard on the FR-s yet

Mine supposedly shipped on Monday. Fedex still says the tracking number doesn't exist :iono:.... I'm just hoping a package will show up one day.

They are meant to reduce/eliminate drone at low RPM.

No 2 resonators and to silencers. Wot is amazing on the exhaust. Normal cruise has a mean sound. It is nearly silent at idle. But I think my favorite things are no rasp at all and no drone. Also you can beat the boxer while at idle. All I can really say is it is mean as hell

I have a video but it doesn't sound that good. Honestly the video that ark did doesn't even capture the true in Person sound. I would try to get with a local. Although there aren't many on the streets yet. Just dive in you won't regret it.

want a video!! Can't decide between this and the DTS. I haven't been able to find any sound clips of the DTS besides the 55 sec one on youtube....

I just purchased the DTS today and when it comes in next week I will get pics and videos up of it. I know there are some people out there already with this exhaust so I wish they would chime in, but I haven't seen anything yet.

ARK has the testpipes for sale as well. I heard the exhaust on my friends Gencoupe. No drone at all and it sounds like a VQ. Perfect exhaust tone.

Good news is that it took 4 days to arrive from CA-NJ.... after the hurricane ravaged the area and a blizzard yesterday. Big thanks to Jurrian at Modbargains.com for working with Ark on this and answering all my PMs and emails as quickly as possible. I can't wait till tomorrow night!

I will confirm the no drone as I have the test pipe in my car now. It sounds great

Test pipe on the grip exhaust sounds good I have it on mine now. Most people wont believe how quiet it is inside the car. Overall great sound great feeling and it looks pretty too lol

How much is the test pipe actually going for? I remember the MSRP on the ARK site listing something crazy, like $400?

The answer is yes and no. At idle and low speeds no the system is pretty low key but when you get on it then thats when the sound changes to a more aggressive tone.
