How much did you get your Brz for? drive out price!!

How much was your drive out price for your Brz? Most likely before taxes since im sure we live in differnet states so everyones sales taxes are different. Either premium or the limited which im intrested in also either auto or stick. But again im looking for a limited with a stick im sure this will help all of us in knowing how much we can look forward to once were all ready to purchase. Thank you everyone!

You'd be lucky to find a BRZ for MSRP, even luckier if you get anything off MSRP. So far they're making a limited number so it's all backordered as well, if you're looking at new. This is what I've seen so far.

chanomatik 10-24-2012 06:59 PM

No taxes in Alaska. Limited 6MT. Mine was MSRP: $29.52k out the door. I put $2,952 down.

Shinji2787 10-24-2012 07:20 PM

MSRP was $29,707 (got Limited 6MT Popular Package #b, Chrome Fuel Door Cover, Rear Underskirt Diffuser).

Before taxes out the door sell price $29,207.

I put down $15,500.

My Monthly payments are awesome.

Subie 10-24-2012 07:23 PM

I paid $28,807, MSRP for a BRZ Limited with popular package 1B. Do you know what's better than having monthly payments? Not having monthly payments. :)

subatoy 10-24-2012 09:09 PM

screw this over paying for the damn car! I'll just be patient and wait until the prices go normal, i have ALWAYS purchased cars for invoice and I'm planning on doing the same for this car.

the less I pay for the car the more money to boost there is! :party0030:

you know what's better than not having monthly payments? actually keeping the $29k in your bank account instead of a car!
I hope you are loaded cuz we are heading to another recession.

Not anywhere near loaded, but I've got my priorities straight just the same. I don't like paying interest on something that I can afford.

You can't take that $29k with you when you die.

The BRZ is worth living for.

BRZ without monthly payments > BRZ with monthly payments > No BRZ with $29k in the bank :w00t:

Indeed. Car payments blow.

Limited MT: MSRP $28598 -200 = $28398 (before tax, title, registration).

Chauntalei 10-24-2012 10:57 PM

Got mine for 31 out the door, put 15 down, paid for lojack/permaplate/etc up front. Payments are more than my other car, but entirely manageable.

Yes, I know I could have gotten it for less out the door, but it was a last minute decision and I was willing to pay the little extra to have the car now (May) instead of an unknown period in the future.

sharris721 10-24-2012 11:04 PM

BRZ limited manual
26k before tax
sales manager's son ran it into a wall cracking the bumper and headlight, won't show up on carfax they just had to tell me so I got almost 3k off but had to wait 2 months for it.

TurnOne 10-24-2012 11:20 PM

$600 off list price of BRZ Limited and a free extra set of floor mats. $250 document fee. The rest was tax and title fee.

Don't pay full price. I used Cars.com, drove 250 miles to get the car. Process went smothly.

One trick is to complain about the color, and say you'll take it for a discount. :)

Another is to make sure you get the car on a lift and inspect for any damage. If you see any scratches, ask for some additional money off.

Never pay retail!!!

TheSt|G 10-24-2012 11:32 PM

Limited 6MT with the wheel locks. $27,100 including their dealer fees.

Drove a few hundred miles to get it though.

chanomatik 10-24-2012 11:43 PM

It's cool that you guys have options. I almost ordered my BRZ from Fairbanks, which is 300+ miles north, but they're such a low-volume Subaru dealer already that I would've been waiting until the end of next almost to get it.

Getting it for a "better" price in the Lower 48 would've been offset by either driving or shipping it up here.

Congrats on all of your good deals! I think straight MSRP was fair enough considering the circumstances.

Sev 10-25-2012 05:27 PM

Dave-ROR 10-25-2012 06:03 PM

chutrain 10-25-2012 06:55 PM

Before I cancelled, I had a sales order for $28,265, limited 6MT as well.

No tax state so that was OTD price.

Jayde 10-25-2012 11:03 PM

MSRP for a Limited plus destination, tax, fees, and finance charges. Total was like 31,xxx. Don't remember exactly.

atledreier 10-26-2012 02:07 AM

Good lord, tell me that's not the coverted price in US dollars! If so, I'd be sportin' a mule with a cart.

I thought that's what he was asking for since state tax varies. After tax / fees / extended warranty it was like $31,xxx I think.

That's NOK 453.000 converted to USD, yes. Car itself is about 40 grand, the rest is taxes. Cars are practically outlawed in Norway.... And to think that the GT86 is actually a nice car taxwise, you should see the price of a big engined powerful car, it's just ridiculous.

dori. 10-26-2012 04:39 PM

~30k OTD

Are they promoting bicycle? This is it hit! I think they are treating it as a luxary item more than a basic needs in US.

My MSRP was 27,244. Paid 25,765. In July. It's really just a question of location, Northeast received a lot of cars and it's not a big market for this type of car.
